Vert sadly last night, I lost a nice gift card to an empty restaurant & a very rude manager who was really not happy to welcome me with my 2 young children. A young waitress who was ready to punch out. OMG even my young children where overwhelmed & stunt with this very bad experience (dry food, a very small portion in our plate, warm water
A very important message to the owner, if it was not for the very professional waitress responsable for the Bar section . The beautiful JULIANNE put back a big smile on the face of my 2 sons . Just the way that she offer them there dessert . SHE' deserved to be promoted as the new restaurant manager. Regards
Very Poor Experience - Far Below Boston Pizza Standards
I visited Boston Pizza with my family & friends, & unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences we have had at any Boston Pizza location.
The service was extremely slow, & our food arrived after a long delay. When it finally came, several orders were incorrect & did not match what we had asked for. Some items had to be returned after waiting for a long time, which completely disrupted our meal & experience.
One of the servers was very rude & unprofessional. When we politely asked for assistance, she responded in a disrespectful manner & said that she does not speak English. While language barriers can happen, basic courtesy & professionalism are still expected - & this was completely lacking.
An especially unacceptable & strange incident occurred when the server removed ketchup from our table & gave it to another table without asking or checking if we still needed it. This behavior was shocking & unhygienic.
The management was clearly ineffective. A person who appeared to be a manager was present & observed the situation but did nothing to correct the behavior, support the customers, or manage the staff. She also seemed to avoid our table & tried to act as if she was not the manager, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this location shows poor service, lack of professionalism, & weak management. It does not reflect the standards or reputation that Boston Pizza is known for. I would not recommend this location to anyone, & I sincerely hope head office reviews what is happening here.

Toujours une belle expérience au final restaurant familial & avec une section bar pour faire le party. J'enlève une étoile parce que la dernière fois à la StValentin je suis partie trop vite & ont c'était trompé de 50$ sur ma facture j'ai signalé au responsable pour finir par comprendre qu'il n'était même pas en charge de la succursale de Mirabel sinon il avait l'air de vouloir me rembourser j'ai laisser tomber mes démarches c'était trop long…
Quand je suis côté BAR je m'attende voir des ENFANTS il y une salle à manger pour ça
C'est un beau restaurant, mais les plats sont ordinaires, peu inventifs & manquent d'accompagnement. Le plancher en tapis est sale & le côté bar est fréquenté par des gens bruyants & bizarres. Bref, ce n'est pas la meilleure franchise du groupe de ce restaurant.
