I'd give Boston Pizza 3 out of 5 stars for our recent visit. While it's a good spot for families, with lidded glasses to prevent spills, crayons & coloring pamphlets for the kids, high chairs, & plenty of parking, the overall experience wasn't great. The manager's service left much to be desired. She seemed visibly annoyed by children & was rough with my son, never once smiling at any of the guests during our time there. That's not something you expect at a family-oriented restaurant. As for the food, it has its pros & cons. The nachos were skimpy on cheese, even after requesting extra, & the grilled chicken club sandwich wasn't the classic club sandwich with three layers but served on a sub roll. The pasta was overcooked, & the Caesar salad had way too much dressing. Most of the menu seems catered to general tastes, with heavy-handed portions & overcooked pasta instead of al dente. On the positive side, they offer unlimited soda refills, & kids get a free ice cream with meals from the kids' menu. But if you're ordering a scoop of ice cream for dessert, be prepared for a tiny portion that's not worth the $3 price tag. All in all, Boston Pizza works as a convenient family spot due to its kid-friendly features. However, I wouldn't choose it for a night out with my wife. It's a place I'd consider returning to only for the kids, but definitely not for a date night.

Nous avon beaucoup aimé le service du côté salle à manger . Geneviève est vraiment dynamique. Rapide efficace. En plus il y avait beaucoup de monde.

Expérience désastreuse. On commence par nous recommander la sangria à 6$ en spécial. Elle goûte le jus trop sucrée & on cherche le vino. Nous avons mangé deux plats différents & nous avons tout le deux eu des maux de ventre. Pour finir avec une facture élevée car nous avons pris la sangria à 6$ 15 minutes trop tard sans nous avertir évidemment. Je me plaint le lendemain pour tout le désagrément & on m'offre une réduction de 15$ sur ma prochaine visite. Plus jamais ce Boston pizza. On verra pour les autres. J'ai déjà contacté le service client & je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse jusqu'à maintenant

Sangria terriblement sucré & rabais non appliqué de 6$ car arrivé 15 min après mais la serveuse nous avertit à l'addition. Moi wt mon conjoint avons été malade Finis Boston pizza. Chantal

What can we say about this chain. It's pretty good. I personnaly don't like their pizza , but the rest is pretty good. Today I had the sandwich boeuf au jus. That was good. Bread was fresh. Interesting twist they put an onion ring inside the sandwich. Gives a nice crunch.

Ça été vraiment long pour être servi. Par contre, serveuse très gentille. La salade césar était noyée de sauce.

I had the Memphis Chicken Burger & sweet potato fries & it was delicious. The terrace was nice, & our waitress Emilie was really nice & friendly. Found it a little quiet for a Friday night, but still enjoyed our dinner.

I met a friend for lunch. We sat on the terrace but it was very windy & they had live music. Which is fine but we wanted to chat. The lunch menu seemed expensive. The soup was ok. The spaghetti was undercooked. The burger was good.

I actually wanted a pizza to take away, but I liked the place with a quiet atmosphere, the service was very good from the person who served us,The pizza tastes good although I missed trying the other food that there is on another occasion I will do it, while 100% recommendable

Expérience à la réception était plutôt inexistant, on nous place a notre table en mettant les menus sur la table & en continuant a marcher sans autres formalités. Autrement, la serveuse était très sympathique. Je ferai pas de détour pour y retourne
