1 star - Misleading reservation policy
We called ahead to reserve a spot to watch the game & were told they don't take reservations after 5pm. Fine - we worked around it, came early, & got a reservation before the cutoff.
When we arrived, we were seated in the worst section of the dining room despite the bar area being completely empty. We asked to move there & were told it was fully reserved. After 5pm. The same policy they told us didn't exist.
So apparently'no reservations after 5pm' only applies to regular customers - not to whoever got priority access to the bar. The inconsistency is frustrating & frankly feels dishonest. We came prepared & still got treated like an afterthought. We were better off staying home.
Won't be back
We came to Boston Pizza on Friday the 24th to have dinner & watch the hockey game. We had good service, our waitress was good & professional for a young women, but there was another young lady, I called her because my glass was dirty, qnd she answered me very ruddley, what's wrong, but she said it in french, I was so mad that she answered me like that, so I told our nice waitress & she said, I will talk to her. Our waitress said, I'm sorry, but it wasn't her to apologize it should have been the other young lady. Not very happy.
Let me tell you this place has really accommodated my experience in Montreal to the fullest. Tha staff remembers me & makes sure im takin care of. Jp is a Rockstar as a GM 😊 from the kitchen to the bar he's involved & motivated everyone to serve to the fullest. Hands down best experience of service & loyalty 🙌 thank you to everyone for making my workcation comfortable & convenient ❤?. Go habs!!!!
Currently sitting in the restaurant writing this.
Service is nonexistent & the music for some reason is so loud. Trying my best to get attention of the servers but being ignored so far. I am gonna try my best to not come here ever again.

Aujourd'hui dimanche le 15 mars 2026, je suis ici, serviable par Audrey E. & c'était vraiment bien. Belle communication, bon service, belle présence & surtout, un bon repas. Merci Audrey E. Je reviendrai c'est sûr.
Un énorme merci à Francis pour son service impeccable : attentif, professionnel & super sympathique du début à la fin. Ça fait vraiment la différence. Je recommande sans hésite
Boston Pizza Laval-Est. Food was terrible. Pizza was tasteless & undercooked. Mashed potatoes that was with sandwich was the lumpy, never seen potatoes like this before. Chicken burger had lettuce inside that was limp & black (rotten). Disgusting. Went out of our way to go to this restaurant because my son received 2 $20 certificates from a hockey tournament. We were only able to use one. Manager didn't even accept to make 2 bills. Not going back to this restaurant.

Nous sommes allés pour le midi en semaine, assez rare pour nous, & avons pu profiter du menu midi. C'était plus calme. Bons choix variés à des prix raisonnables. Un de mes favoris fait partie du menu midi en plus petite portion, la salade de pacanes. J'aimerais bien le poulet parmesan en version midi aussi.
I came to pick up an order, I came in with a smile & was met with terrible customer service. They were rude & seemed annoyed throughout the whole process & I thought I was the problem until I noticed that they were nicer to their regular clients. 68$ wasted
Ended up here because traffic was bad to get home. We definitely should have waited in traffic rather than waste money here. Pitcher of Rickard's red FLAT, my 1/2 rib plate lukewarm at best (MAPAQ concern). Expressed discontent to the waitress in regards to the barely untouched plate & her response was « ah sorrryyyyy ». Seeing as the plate was still full, she did not offer to replace any of the uneaten portion. Husband's fish & chip plate was hot, & he enjoyed it. Paid the full bill with tip & got the hell out of there.

Un bon repas d'anniversaire. Une pizza délicieuse & un bon dessert. Par contre mon assiette était un peu sale dans un coin même après un tour au lave-vaisselle.
Beau cheveu dans ma pizza qui a bien été cuit sous les garnitures. La pizza n'a aucun goût & presque froide. J'appelle, on me traite presque de menteuse parce que supposément tout le monde porte un filet en cuisine. Bref, on m'offre de m'envoyer un rabais pas courriel que je ne reçois jamais. Ensuite dans leurs courriels corporatifs de sondage, je leur ecrit & leur laisse une chance. On m'envoie un maigre 15$ de rabais a utiliser seulement en magasin & seulement sur des entrées.
Je crois que c'était Dimanche le 5 octobre pour dîner. J'étais là avec ma femme, servis par Gael. J'ai vraiment été surpris de la façon dont il nous a servis. Politesse à son max, toujours avec le vouvoiement . Puisque l'on s'était déjà rencontré & parlé dans le passé, je m'attendais à un accueil du genre, plus familier, mais son accueil a surpasser mes attentes. Merci Gael pour cette accueil chaleureux.
