J'adore ce Restaurant, service impeccable, je suis toujours au bar, le service de la barmaid Jinny est vraiment superbe . Si je pouvais donner 50 étoiles je le ferais, mais nous sommes limité à 5, alors je donne le maximum. Si vous voulez une expérience de nourriture & de service sensationnel, venez la faire ici, car je crois vraiment qu'ici, vous serez bien servi.

For some odd reason, regardless of the time of day & how busy they are, it always takes more than 30 mins from the time the server places the order to get your food. Otherwise, it's a great place to eat & watch sporting events

To be fair toward Boston pizza this review only for this location I always enjoyed the food in any other location but tonight Saturday the 25th of July was terrible & unfortunately was my first time in that location & the last time for sure .
The young lady was serving the table was extremely nice & nothing against it her it is unfortunately against everything else & specially no floor manager or assistant floor manager to manage problems when there is any not leaving it on the poor girl to serve clients & solve problem , & for sure don't respond to this review saying you are sorry & to call to make things better because you better be on the floor & solve the problems & makes your client not happy but at least getting the food that they ordered not half empty plates because your are missing 70%!of the ingredients of the plates without advising but half empty plate on the table . Guys you want to enjoy Boston pizza go to centropolis location other wise your time will be ruined in Robert bourrassa location like mine & my kids night trust me .

Serveuse inexpérimentés,
Erreur dans les commandes,
Service trop lent,
J'ai dû demander à plusieurs reprises quand mon repas allait être servi & même chose pour la facture. J'ai dû me rendre à la caisse pour la demander & la réponse a été trop occupée alors que d'autres serveuses étaient libres & auraient pu aider à accélérer le service.

Mardi soir 20h30. Restaurant vide sauf côté bar. Nous commandons 2 soupes à l'oignon pour emporter. 20m.
Aux gestionnaires : Si vous lisez vraiment les commentaires, nul besoin de répondre votre message générique. Personne n'a envie de cliquer sur un lien & remplir un formulaire pour vous dire que les délais sont injustifiés. Il y a des gens dans ce restaurant qui travaillent fort & il y a les autres.
