1 star - Misleading reservation policy
We called ahead to reserve a spot to watch the game & were told they don't take reservations after 5pm. Fine - we worked around it, came early, & got a reservation before the cutoff.

When we arrived, we were seated in the worst section of the dining room despite the bar area being completely empty. We asked to move there & were told it was fully reserved. After 5pm. The same policy they told us didn't exist.
So apparently'no reservations after 5pm' only applies to regular customers - not to whoever got priority access to the bar. The inconsistency is frustrating & frankly feels dishonest. We came prepared & still got treated like an afterthought. We were better off staying home.

Let me tell you this place has really accommodated my experience in Montreal to the fullest. Tha staff remembers me & makes sure im takin care of. Jp is a Rockstar as a GM 😊 from the kitchen to the bar he's involved & motivated everyone to serve to the fullest. Hands down best experience of service & loyalty 🙌 thank you to everyone for making my workcation comfortable & convenient ❤?. Go habs!!!!

Ended up here because traffic was bad to get home. We definitely should have waited in traffic rather than waste money here. Pitcher of Rickard's red FLAT, my 1/2 rib plate lukewarm at best (MAPAQ concern). Expressed discontent to the waitress in regards to the barely untouched plate & her response was « ah sorrryyyyy ». Seeing as the plate was still full, she did not offer to replace any of the uneaten portion. Husband's fish & chip plate was hot, & he enjoyed it. Paid the full bill with tip & got the hell out of there.

Un de mes amis & moi, nous aimons bien sortir de temps en temps pour souper ensemble pour jaser dans un environnement sain & respectueux. & aussi nous aimons bien manger au bar. On trouve que c'est bien agréable. Or ce Boston pizza a dépassé les bornes. Il y avait un français complètement saoul qui parlait en facetime en main libre (je pense à sa conjointe) mais tellement fort que ça dérangeait tout le monde & c'était très désagréable. Depuis 16h il était là. Je suis arrivé rejoindre mon ami vers 19h. Tout le temps j'ai été là il parlait tellement fort que je n'arrivais pas à parler même desfois je faisais le saut. Les deux gars à côté de nous voulaient souper là mais ont quitté en nous disant bonne chance. J'ai demandé à parler au gérant & stupéfaction il était là lui aussi à se saouler la gueule avec ce français. Wow
Aucune sympathie, aucun respect c'était totalement irrespectueux. Il n'est jamais intervenu pour lui dire de se calmer. Notre souper a été gâché, nous aussi nous avons payé pour manger & boire. & le gérant trouvait ça bien drôle. Même certaines serveuses riaient jaune de gêne pour nous. Quand je suis partie, j'ai été en face Time devant son téléphone avec sa conjointe (je pense) je ne me suis pas gêné & je lui ai dit de lui caller un taxi car il était fatiguant en tabarnak. Ça été le silence total puis je suis partie. Pis en plus j'ai sue que le propriétaire c'est son père alors il va bien s'en crisser mais moi ce Boston pizza la c'est fini. J'aime mieux payer plus cher comme The Keig ou Bâton Rouge mais être respecté comme client.
