L'expérience à été bonne en générale. La nourriture était delicieuse & dans des portions bien appréciés. L'ambiance était chouette de manière générale. Le personnel était bien sympathique. J'ai passé un bon moment. Merci 😊
Habituellement jaime aller labas mais la derniere fois un article dans une commande a emporter a pris 45 minutes. La nourriture etait froide & il manquait la sauce dans la boite. Les filles qui nous ont servi semblait se moquer de nous car nous demandions si ce serait long. Derniere fois pour moi a ce boston pizza je prefere faire le detour aller a un autre plus loin pour avoir un service adequat.

Un de mes amis & moi, nous aimons bien sortir de temps en temps pour souper ensemble pour jaser dans un environnement sain & respectueux. & aussi nous aimons bien manger au bar. On trouve que c'est bien agréable. Or ce Boston pizza a dépassé les bornes. Il y avait un français complètement saoul qui parlait en facetime en main libre (je pense à sa conjointe) mais tellement fort que ça dérangeait tout le monde & c'était très désagréable. Depuis 16h il était là. Je suis arrivé rejoindre mon ami vers 19h. Tout le temps j'ai été là il parlait tellement fort que je n'arrivais pas à parler même desfois je faisais le saut. Les deux gars à côté de nous voulaient souper là mais ont quitté en nous disant bonne chance. J'ai demandé à parler au gérant & stupéfaction il était là lui aussi à se saouler la gueule avec ce français. Wow
Aucune sympathie, aucun respect c'était totalement irrespectueux. Il n'est jamais intervenu pour lui dire de se calmer. Notre souper a été gâché, nous aussi nous avons payé pour manger & boire. & le gérant trouvait ça bien drôle. Même certaines serveuses riaient jaune de gêne pour nous. Quand je suis partie, j'ai été en face Time devant son téléphone avec sa conjointe (je pense) je ne me suis pas gêné & je lui ai dit de lui caller un taxi car il était fatiguant en tabarnak. Ça été le silence total puis je suis partie. Pis en plus j'ai sue que le propriétaire c'est son père alors il va bien s'en crisser mais moi ce Boston pizza la c'est fini. J'aime mieux payer plus cher comme The Keig ou Bâton Rouge mais être respecté comme client.
First visit: Dec 2024 Ordered the "Dunns" smoked meat & the Chicken wings & Ribs platter with hot chocolate. The restaurant itself was fine, nothing fancy. For $20 my plate was very small. The smoked meat was supposed to be from Dunns but it didn't taste or look like it did. The amount of meat was very small for the cost. The fries were also just ok & I wasn't given very much either. The $4 hot chocolate was a package of carnation powder & a cup of hot water. The staff was nice but alone & overwhelmed. The chicken & ribs plate was more plentiful. The coleslaw was good, the ribs & chicken were ok... Others ordered the burger & they said it was good. Not impressed with my food, especially for the price.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous sommes servis par Pranouka & nous avons reçu un super service encore une fois! Cependant, la cuisson du pain hamburger n'était pas adéquate, car il n'était pas assez cuit. Mais c'est tout le reste était parfait.
Bon service en général, malheureusement nous avons pris la pizza québécoise, la pâte à pizza était très sucrée & sans goût qui amenait une expérience très désagréable. Même l'huile piquante était sans goût. Étant une grande chaîne ils devraient absolument revoir la recette de la pâte, c'est extrêmement décevant.

I'd give Boston Pizza 3 out of 5 stars for our recent visit. While it's a good spot for families, with lidded glasses to prevent spills, crayons & coloring pamphlets for the kids, high chairs, & plenty of parking, the overall experience wasn't great. The manager's service left much to be desired. She seemed visibly annoyed by children & was rough with my son, never once smiling at any of the guests during our time there. That's not something you expect at a family-oriented restaurant. As for the food, it has its pros & cons. The nachos were skimpy on cheese, even after requesting extra, & the grilled chicken club sandwich wasn't the classic club sandwich with three layers but served on a sub roll. The pasta was overcooked, & the Caesar salad had way too much dressing. Most of the menu seems catered to general tastes, with heavy-handed portions & overcooked pasta instead of al dente. On the positive side, they offer unlimited soda refills, & kids get a free ice cream with meals from the kids' menu. But if you're ordering a scoop of ice cream for dessert, be prepared for a tiny portion that's not worth the $3 price tag. All in all, Boston Pizza works as a convenient family spot due to its kid-friendly features. However, I wouldn't choose it for a night out with my wife. It's a place I'd consider returning to only for the kids, but definitely not for a date night.
