Très déçue, la baguette est molle sans aucun goût,le poulet en escalope a la couleur noire,pas de sauce,trop sec. Dommage !!!Voir plus

Very very slow service. 25 minutes to get a food court sandwich is unacceptable. Yes it was very good tasting but I don't think I will be back. The employees would rather chat than prepare orders. I also got the smallest piece of rapini in my sandwich. Tiny.Voir plus

Even though this place was a bit difficult to find, the food made up for it immediately. The Cutlet 2.0 was very good, a hot sandwich with chicken & peppers & some sauce with a great taste. It was perfect! The service was also very quick which was pleasant because they did have many customers & orders, at least that is what it seemed like.Voir plus

Ive had the Aubergine Parm every time I pop in to the Time Out location. & in the past it was a bargain & a gem of a sandwich. Sadly, this is no longer the case. The one I had today was a sad, sad disappointment that was nothing like the earlier times times ive ate there. These last two times Ive ate there, the sandwich had barely any toppings on, only one slice of eggplant, a trickle of fiore di latte cheese, a bit of sauce, & oil. Essentially it was a soggy bun with the mere suggestion of sandwich, & certainly not worth the 15$. All summer last year I ate there, near every weekend, & eggplant parm was a proper meal, & I could barely finish the sandwich it was so satisfying a meal. This time it was a pitiful & pathetic soggy bun. If this is the effect of shrink-flation, the few extra quarters they saved on making this sad sandwich will not make up for the lost revenue & reputation damage. I truly hope they can change direction, a d bring back their classic italian deli quality, because to call this an Italian Sandwich is a disgrace & an insult to Italians everywhere.Voir plus

First time trying Bossa for lunch at the Time Out Market. As a starter, the house salad was great, dressing is delicious. The mortadella sandwich was good, but feel it could have had more hot peppers 🌶️ & marinated eggplant 🍆 & maybe less lettuce. Overall satisfied, will be returning.Voir plus

Food good but employee handling of food needs to improve. I noticed an employee take the buzzer from a client with his gloves & then he continued handling the sandwiches with the same gloves. This needs to be corrected! These are the things that do notake me return.Voir plus

I went to Bossa in Timeout Market with my family after my son's (8 yr old) hockey practice. The reason I am writing this review is to commend your establishment on hiring such excellent staff. My son has severe autism, & he is very prone to getting aggressive & having tantrums, especially when he is overstimulated. Valentina served us &, even though my son was cranky & unfocused, she was so pleasant & patient with my son. She asked my son what he likes to eat & he told her he loves spaghetti, so she suggested the meatball sub (without the hot peppers). Really knowledgeable about the ingredients. He's very picky with his food (because of his autism) but she was so helpful with finding a sandwich for my son to eat. My son loved it! I got the Porchetta & it was delicious. The food was hot, fresh, delicious & the service was impeccable! We are so glad to have picked Bossa instead of one of the other restaurants in TimeOut. Unfortunately, the food court was too loud for our son so we took it to go. Thank you Valentina & Bossa crew for helping a tired mom out with your compassion & for such a great experience! What a lovely family-owned restaurant with family-like staff. We will definitely be returning!Voir plus
