I hope this review comes across as more constructive than negative. I've been going to BOSSA since the beginning & have noticed a drop in quality since they've expanded. The main issue being the bread & some of the meats not being as good or consistent as they used to be. I think Parma does a better job with their consistency & quality. I hope management reads this & takes note, many friends have lamented the old bread.Voir plus

Bossa, located in Time Out Market Montréal, serves up some of the most delicious Italian sandwiches I've ever tried. We sampled two types-the Cutlet 2.0 & the Meatballs-& both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were rich & balanced, with fresh ingredients & perfectly cooked meat that made each bite a delight.
