Fresh ingredients bowls, cozy place & great staff.
Prices were a but too high for me though.
The chicken bowl was so delicious. All the ingredients are super fresh. They are chopping & cooking right in front of you. The flavors were wonderful. The staff was a delight. & I had enough to take home! So glad I stumbled on this little gem.
Ridiculously expensive for a
« Chicken type poke bowl » that's mediocre at best. Live & learn, i will not be returning.
Came here with my daughter for a quick bite to eat. Super friendly atmosphere. The cook even gave me a sample of the jerk sauce used for the'Fiyah' chicken bowl since I wasn't too sure I could handle the heat… turns out I could. ;)
Solid flavours, really honest feel good eats...I was very happy. This is exactly the kind of hole-in-the-wall joint I love, no fuss, just let the food speak for itself.... & speak it did ! All in all, I think it is a great value & I highly recommend!
If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. Just go & see for yourself, I'm sure you'll love it too.
Cute little place. Glad there is a terrace as not much room inside to sit. The menu is simple, the server explained everything well. The portion was perfect. Poke bowl type options. Tasty & spiced just right. Just a tad overly priced compared to similar fare but otherwise a nice cute place with decent offerings.
Nice, colorful bowls with fresh presentation. However, it was too spicy for my taste & had a bit too many ingredients.
The greatest jerk bowl in all Montreal real food made with love & care!!!!
Wanted to love this place based on all the comments, & while the concept is original & the food is good, I find the price point of each bowl a little to high in relation to the ingredients.
The place inside is small & can only seat 2-3 parties, & while we were very kindly welcomed, we left with a 100$ bill & wishing we had something more to remember the food by.
Food was beyond incredible, each component of the Trini Chicken bowl had its own unique flavor & was prepared with such care, topped with an amazing sauce. Spices galore. Definitely on the pricey side but in addition to being delicious the portions are actually generous. Worth checking out for sure.
