Nous avons été déçus par notre expérience. Nous sommes allés dîner en groupe &, à notre grande surprise, un supplément de 26 $ a été ajouté à l'addition sans aucun préavis. Lorsque nous avons appelé pour demander des explications, on nous a informés qu'il s'agissait d'un pourboire automatique appliqué aux groupes de six personnes ou plus. Bien que nous comprenions que certains restaurants adoptent cette politique, celle-ci devrait être clairement communiquée avant ou pendant le repas, & non découverte une fois l'addition reçue. Nous avons également été surpris que personne ne nous demande si le repas ou l'expérience dans son ensemble nous avaient plu. Une meilleure communication & un meilleur service client auraient fait toute la différence.

We were disappointed by our experience. We went for dinner with a group, & to our surprise, an extra $26 was added to our bill without any prior notice. When we called to ask about it, we were told it was an automatic gratuity for parties of six or more. While we understand that some restaurants have this policy, it should be clearly communicated before or during the meal-not discovered after receiving the bill. We were also surprised that no one asked how our food or overall experience was. Better communication & customer service would have made a big difference.

Nous avons acheter des lassis le mélange n'etaient pas terminé il restait un depot blanc au dessus de la boissons mais enfants on pensaient a de la moissisure mais c'etaient peut être du yaourt. Finalement c'est parti a la poubelle. Puis on avaient aussi pris du poulet qui avaient été trop cuit voir cramé donc même punition s'est parti a la poubelle. Dans le secateur il y a beaucoup de restaurant indien mieux vaut traverser la rue pour avoir beaucoup mieux.

The owner was super nice , friendly & just all around amazing person. Extremely generous food was amazing too we got the goat vindaloo & the chicken madras & they were both super tasty the quality of the meat really stood out to us both the chicken & goat was super tender & tasty I really recommend going in there & getting some food the frozen mango lassi at the end is also a great way to end the meal since it's quite spicy

I very seldom go to restaurants anymore but when I do Bombay Choupati is always at the top of my list. The food & the service are excellent; the pricing is quite fair for the quality & quantity that you get. It is a family run restaurant & it shows that they care. While I always order spicier options (like Madras or Vindaloo), their butter chicken is by far the best in the city (not the sweet, tomato-based fare found everywhere else). Their vegetarian options like Chana Masala for instance are excellent, as good as any meat-based dishes.
