Quelle belle expérience! Le service de Olivier était impeccable, son sourire, son attention à nos demandes & sa passion lors de ses explications des différentes pièces de viande étaient remarquables. La nourriture était incroyable, spécialement le Rib eye, la joue de boeuf & le burger de Wagyu.
Unfortunately the full menu wasn't available because the place was full due to a show at Place Bell, but the salmon tartare & the rib Steak were amazing.
Belle expérience mais quelques petits détails m'ont dérangés un peu. J'ai pris le Rib eye steak, la cuisson d'au moins la moitié de mon steak était medium bien cuit, le centre était medium comme j'avais demandé. La crème brulée aurait été meilleure plus froide, elle était froide seulement au centre. L'eau servie n'était pas très froide. J'ai bien aimé qu'on nous présente les pièces de viande & les desserts en nous donnant les détails sur chacun des items. Le pesonnel est sympathique, l'endroit est class.
Came here for dinner before a show at Place Bell & got the'spectacle menu' which may account for our unsatisfactory experience.
We ordered the escargots & salmon tartare as entrees. The escargots were incredibly bland. They had cheese, butter & some green onions, literally nothing else for $20.
Main meals were filet mignon & rib steak. The rib steak was perfectly cooked & delicious. The filet mignon was overcooked & a bit burnt on the outside. The vegetables that came with each meal were lightly cooked & barely seasoned. We expected much better quality at $100/person

Merci à tous le monde pour le service la présentation le steak vieilli de 45 jours & t un véritable délice les ribs tendre à souhait & le poulet grillé aussi bon an boucher merci & tou sa avec un excellent service merci à le serveuse qui ma servi ce soir & a la prochaine
I really have mix feelings about this restaurant.
Food: a big miss. Had the aged ribsteak. The steak was big & tasty but a lot of unedible parts (im not talking about the bone). Added a few big « giant » shrimps to my main, came 15 minutes after i received my meal & were really tiny. At 8$ a shrimp, this is a scam.
Service: ok
Atmosphere: i was expecting something a little more classy. People at the bar dressed as if they came back from working in the mines. I usually don't mind but if you are going to a steakhouse where the ribsteak starts at 75$, implement a dress code.
Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas manger un bon steak comme celui-là! Excellent rib steak, sauce aux poivres crémeuse & sauté de champignons parfaits. Belle ambiance, service impeccable!
Tanyel & Serge are amaizing ! The food is great as usual, my go to is rib steak. Great crème brûlée too

The Boeuf Cochin Steak + Bar was an outstanding restaurant. Staff was respectful & helpful in every way. Ribeyes were one of the best we have ever had. Owner/Manager of the restaurant greeted us, came to the table & asked numerous times if we needed anything. Also had a great conversation with him after the meal. Made our family feel at home. Overall, top notch. 👍
Best steak I've ever had by far !!! I'd recommend the 16oz Ribeye. The atmosphere is pretty cool aswell, it's nice how they show you the steak cuts & give you a short lesson on each cut.
Want to eat the best ribs in Laval Quebec, aside from my house.. Boeuf Cochon has You covered.. Fall off the bone meat.. Oh yummy finger licking good.
Really loved this place. We were a group of 10 on a sat night, & all the food & drinks came out on time. Steaks were cooked to everyone's liking. Ribs were spot on
The meals were really good . My wife took Bavette & my brother in law took rib eye & both loved it. I took Wagyu burger it was good but it was a bit dry & didn't taste much of the sauce . Overall it was a nice evening.
Everything was superb! The good, the wine, & the service. Our waitress Sophie was friendly, attentive, & helpful. The manager came over more than once & was friendly as well. We ordered the salmon & the ribs with shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. Would definitely go back anytime for a wonderful meal & atmosphere
Place is nice & has a great atmosphere. Service was great as well. Unfortunately, the food was not as good. We got a "Terre & Mer" plate & calamari rings. The sea food was good but the steaks were nothing to write home about especially at these prices.
We had medium well for the new york strip & medium for the rib eye. New york came overdone & dry while the rib eye was still blue. We had the rib eye cooked to the right temp but the meat was still rough & dry.
A fun place to hangout but i'd skip the steaks & sausages honestly.
Pour restaurant de classe supérieur, le service a été tres décevant, les coupes de viande nous ont pas été présentés au moment de questionner le menu, les légumes manquaient de saveur & le rib eye brûlé. En général trop cher pour ce qu'on a reçu!
