Il est impossible d'entrer sans remarquer les différentes coupes de viande vieillies à sec sur place. Très peu de restaurants au Québec offrent ceci, un autre détail pris en compte afin de se démarquer de la compétition. The service was terrible. The waiter could not handle a big group.
They stuck an extra small table to add two spots to our group. The table was literally child size.
No cutlery, no water or drinks offered. He kept refusing people from ordering extra dishes & sides. He never came around to see if our food was okay or if we needed anything. Never offered dessert either, he just brought the bill straight away.
Everyone's steak was overcooked, the octopus had gooey skin left on it & the Cesar salad was so soggy.
I had high hopes for this place, considering a few friends of ours raved about it. But definitely won't be going back.
We went there on Friday evening with 5 people. Restaurant was 70% full.
First bad impression was that we had to wait 15 mins for waiter to come & greet us. On the table they had 2 napkins & 2 glasses of water. He did not bring utensils & water for the rest of the group so we had to share for the appetizers. There was another female waitress who passed by & was surprised that we are missing things. She went but it took another 10 mins for them to bring utensils. The waiter's comment was that they don't have enough. Really??
There were also 2 wine glasses on the table which stayed throughout the evening despite the fact that we said we will not drink alcohol. A minor comment but you would expect better service from this category of restaurant.
The food was so so. Some of the steaks were overcooked or undercooked.
The best part was the dessert. Both presentation & taste was amazing.
Would go again for dessert but not for steak.

I LOVED the food here, the steaks are amazing, the drinks were amazing & the staff was very friendly, our waitress Emmanuella gave us a great experience & she was very kind & helpful, I came today on a Sunday & it had a great atmosphere, I really recommend this place, & the dry age ribsteak I tried was great!!
Food was amazing. I was part of a large group & didn't had to wait too long to eat. The waitress did a great job in explaining the menu & the different type of meat cuts available. The one thing I found odd is the fact that we were two to order the same drink. Both came in different glasses (mine being significantly smaller) & tasted differently as well. It was tasty nonetheless.
I loved everything about this restaurant. The food, drinks, atmosphere, explanation of various meat cuts, presentation, & service were very impressive. The steaks were aged to perfection & were very tender, juicy & flavorful. We didn't feel rushed throughout our meal, & the waitress was very attentive to our every need. I would say areas that need improvement are as follows.The noise levels in the restaurant WERE EXTREME. The music was so loud & add everyone talking in the restaurant to this, made it extremely difficult to converse with friends. We also found that our cooking temperatures for our steaks were not respected, & had to all be sent back to the kitchen. For a high end steak house,this was very surprising. I also was surprised that we ordered a shared surf & steak platter at 220$ & received no vegetables to accompany our meal. Lastly, the drink glasses are very tiny for margaritas, & in three sips your drink is gone. Our meal cost 800$ for 5 pp so if these areas could be remedied, I will certainly return in the future.Thank you!
Service not totally bad... I get inexperienced & or short staff BUT they have to be trained on the small details waiting on average 10 minutes for water which we asked for where it should be the first thing served without asking for it... cocktail drink I had to wait 10 minutes when it wasn't busy Otherwise everything else was great definitely be back
It was delicious but pricy. $5 per soft drink (about a can) is somewhat high. Side order salad (ceasar) at 6$ when you order a full meal (40-50$), should be included with the meal. I traded my regular fires for sweet patato fries & paid an extra 6$...as I said delicious, but they get you on the little things for $$! Divided about recommending it because of price of extra's....

Really loved this place. We were a group of 10 on a sat night, & all the food & drinks came out on time. Steaks were cooked to everyone's liking. Ribs were spot on
We came a few times & always had a great time (food/service). Last night, was dissapointed with a few items. The food for the adult meal took really long to arrive. One of the aged steaks we tried & paid more for was not tender (not medium/rare). We told the server but nothing was replaced as per policy stated. At most restos, a free piece of cake is served for the bday person. In this case, the minimum would have been to advise us on the cost before us seeing it on the bill. Besides this charge, the soft drink was charged extra although it was part of the kid's meal. The service could have been improved by apologizing instead of finding an excuse (ice cream given for free for older kid).
J'ai passé une belle soirée au bar avec une amie le 13 Janvier2024 un samedi !! Jeremy & Lauricia WOOOOOOOWW super service, les drink parfait!! on s'est amusé grâce à eux!!! Je retournerai juste pour leur drink & leurs services génial !
Le drink de mon amie ne respectait pas la recette d'origine, ses pommes de terre pilées était froides. Lorsqu'elle a demandé de la sauce pour la réchauffer, elle a eu comme réponse qu'elle devrait payer un supplément!!! Pour une solution qui réchaufferait son plat!!!
Le beurre dans mes escargots à l'ail n'était pas fondu (donc plat pas chaud!).
Le service était long & pas très efficace.
Service was just under excellent but à bit pushy on recommendations for pricey items considering we had already ordered a big or go home tomahawk & cowboy steak with plenty of drinks & starters. Food was excellent.
