via LibroBelle première expérience malgré tout. Malheureusement je n'ai pas reçu l'assiette que j'ai commandé à cause d'une erreur de la serveuse. Je ne pouvais pas retourner le tout car nous étions serrés dans le temps dû au spectacle que nous avions ensuite. J'ai du également trouver un serveur pour avoir la sauce pour mon steak qu'ils avaient oubliés. Le service était très bon & la bouffe également mais bien évidemment j'étais décue de manger un autre plat que celui que j'avais commandé. Nous avions une serveuse qui etait nouvelle. Des erreurs ça arrive. Elle a admis sa faute & était très gentille. Nous allons probablement y retourner une autre fois pour donner une chance à tout ce beau monde la!

We were a group of 9 & brought 2 birthday cakes in. We paid the service fees to cut the cakes & serving. When we were about to leave, we asked to have the remaining cakes. They gave back one that had a lot less & the other cake was missing. I do not want to assume anything, but clearly something happened. One of the servers seemed VERY interested about where we bought the cakes & how good they looked. At least give us a reason why they were missing instead of not saying anything. Sucks because the atmosphere was nice & the service was fine. Still had to put 1 star because of the incident. Will not be able to come back.
Edit: After discussing with the owner, I changed my review to 3 stars with a 3 star service. It is good to see an owner care about who they employ & how they treat their customers. Although, the two employees who took our cakes were not fired but on a two weeks off with no pay. In all honesty, I would prefer them to be fired because stealing client's cakes is unacceptable lol. I will come back one day & probably have a fresh review. But for now, I will keep this review as it is fair for the rest to know what happened. Thank you!View more

Accueil super chaleureux.
Filet mignon un peu trop cuit à mon goût, mais c'est peut-être juste moi, c'était tout de même très bon. Le reste des accompagnements étaient très bons.
Beau restaurant avec une belle ambiance.
Le service était tout simplement excellent. Super bonne explication des coupes de viandes & des desserts. On est venu plusieurs fois nous demander si tout était à notre goût. Toujours le gros sourire également, ça fait une bonne différence, merci :)
