Manuel Martins, ex owner and Chef of «Le Vintage», is back with a new concept, at a new address. The Boca Iberica is located on Rachel Street, right in the heart of Le Plateau. As soon as you walk in you will be astonished by the modern and trendy look enhanced by soft lounge music, a beautiful bar, and the smell of a cuisine blend of Portuguese and Spanish flavors.
The dishes on the menu are made from a great selection of tasty fresh tapas and an array of fresh fishes. We will be most happy to welcome groups celebrating any events. We also offer gluten-free dishes. Our restaurant stays open late so you can fully benefit of your evening.
During summertime, you can enjoy dining on our beautiful terrace. We recommend reservations at all times in order not to be disappointed!

Première expérience dans ce restaurant & certainement pas la dernière. Tout était parfait; accueil chaleureux (le Chef propriétaire Manuel est venu nous saluer), le service à la table (par Roberto) des plus efficaces & courtois. Quant au repas (du midi), nous nous sommes régalés de plats savoureux, préparés & présentés avec soin. L'ambiance y est très agréable & nous avons été traités comme des rois, autant les adultes que nos deux petites filles, & nous ne pouvons que recommander cet excellent restaurant.
Boca Iberica, c'est la réincarnation de notre formidable restaurant Vintage, jadis sur St-Denis, Produits frais, uniques, goûteux, des recettes magiques, tous les plats sont magistraux & vous font glousser de plaisir. Chez Boca Iberica, les convives ne peuvent retenir les "Mmmms" & les "Wows!" qui nous indiquent le grand bonheur qu'ils éprouvent. I attended this restaurant twice: once with a large group of people, & soon after with a good friend. The two experiences were as different as night & day. The first time, one of the members of my group knew the chef, so we were treated to exquisite tapas & a truly perfect experience. The restaurant was full on a Thursday evening & the ambiance was wonderful. The second time was on a Friday night. The restaurant was empty, the waiter claimed that they didn't have a certain wine when I'd tasted it there just a few evenings prior to that. Two of the wines they suggested were mediocre at best, although this is a restaurant with a reputation for a great wine list. The octopus was charred in places. The salad was drenched in oil & lacked subtlety. The grilled meats platter was perfectly ordinary & would have been just as decent & far cheaper at the Portuguese takeout grill a few doors East. The dessert, a spaghetti-squash tart, which is supposed to be sticky & moist, was dry & over-baked. It was a bit of a disaster & I felt embarrassed that I'd recommended this place to my friend. If the chef only excels when his friends are around, I don't think I'll be coming back.
It was our first time at this restaurant & must say the food & service was excellent. The octopus salad appetizer was one of the best we tasted in a while. Thank you & you will be seeing us again.

Nous avons pris une variété de tapas & avons aimé les saveurs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les pétoncles au safran & la pieuvre grillée. Le service était chaleureux & le vin délicieux, belle soirée avec une belle ambiance!
Extraordinaire. Bon sur toute la ligne. Un chef de grande classe. Un serveur qui connait son affaire, souriant, plaisant. Un repas cinq étoiles. Des prix fort convenables.

tres bon restaurant j y suis aller 3 fois & j ai toujours aimer beau decor le personnel tres sympatique la nourriture tres bonne je vais y retourner sais certain
