Food was amazing. Beef tartare was the best ive ever had, i loved the blood pudding & trout. desserts were delicious as well. The drinks were great & extensive wine list. Service was impeccable. A great new restsurant in montreal
Je n'y suis pas encore allé & j'aimerais l'essayer mais je suis un vieux de plus de 65 ans….& Instagram n'a aucun intérêt pour moi…donc impossible de voir le menu…alors je passe mon tour…dommage

A beautiful new restaurant opening that you must try located in Little Italy. Bistrot Boisselet brings the perfect French flair to the neighborhood with a short concise menu from the classic beef tartare, to the gougères stuffed with smoked cheddar, boudin with pomme purée & their crispy French fries. Classic cocktail list, great selection of wines, service on point, definitely has become one of my top discoveries of 2026.
Un nouveau restaurant magnifique à découvrir absolument, situé dans le quartier de petite-Italie. Le Bistrot Boisselet apporte une touche française parfaite au quartier avec un menu court & concis, allant du classique tartare de boeuf aux gougères au cheddar fumé, en passant par le boudin accompagné de purée de pommes de terre & de frites croustillantes. Avec sa carte de cocktails classiques, son excellent choix de vins & son service irréprochable, c'est sans aucun doute l'une de mes meilleures découvertes de 2026.
This restaurant was spectacular to say the least. Possibly one of the best restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is cozy & the staff is so inviting. All of our dishes were recommended by the owner of the restaurant who steered us in the perfect direction.
We ordered the beef tartare, cheddar cheese puffs, & mushroom soup to start. All were perfectly executed. For mains the filet mignon & the trout are to die for. The filet melts in your mouth & the trout is on a bed of delicious greens. To finish off the perfect meal we had the chocolate tart for dessert, which was delicate & airy. For those who enjoy pairing their meals with wine & cocktails, the options are endless & equally exquisite.
Will definitely be returning, this restaurant is bound to be one of the best in Montreal very soon. Book this restaurant while you can!

L'ambiance est chaleureuse , idéale aussi bien pour un dîner romantique que pour une soirée entre amis. On s'y sent immédiatement à l'aise.
Le service est irréprochable : attentionné, professionnel & toujours avec le sourire. L'équipe est de très bon conseil & veille au moindre détail.
