The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The wait however, was excruciatingly long. We spent 5 hours total in the restaurant, & half our meals arrived lukewarm. From the time we place the order, it took more than 2 hours before getting the main course.Voir plus

Had a lovely meal on the terrasse this past summer. The owner was personable & gave us great suggestions. The food was authentic & great. We have returned since to buy bulgarian products from their produce shelves. They carry imported bulgarian herbs, honeys, jams, liquors, wines, & more.Voir plus

Nous sommes allés là par hasard après avoir réservé dans un restaurant proche qui finalement était fermé... 😭Nous avons été reçu alors que nous n'avions donc pas réservé & un samedi soir. Le serveur était d'une gentillesse sans nom! & extrêmement serviable! Les plats super savoureux, succulent & généreux en quantité! Tout cela pour un prix plus que raisonnable! Ordered takeout. The moisture in the sausage has been lost & it has become salty. The same goes for chicken leg. Not too much parts of this leg can be eated .

Was a little slow, but I took into consideration that there was just one person working. & he was smiling, treating everyone really well, being so gentle. Tikvichki (fried zuchinis), kashkaval pane (fried cheese) & Imam Bayildi (Roasted Eggplant) are our favorite dishes there! Everything is fresh & tasty!
This is a perfect place to discover more about the Bulgarian & the Balkans’ cuisine. The menu is varied, they have a very good selection of beverages & vegetarian options as well!
Despite our ocasional visits, we have decided to have our civil wedding lunch at Bistro Sofia, during summer! To enjoy their beautiful terrace & amazing food! We are extremely happy that we could count on the owners Peter & Anna, who made it possible for us celebrate our special day. The service was impeccable, as well as the ambiance.
