Last night was our first, but certainly not the last, visit to Bistro Lounge Garçons last night in Sainte-Adele. The meal was utterly delicious: my husband started with marinated herring on new potatoes with cognac dressing, & continued with a boudin noir that melted in his mouth; he commented how rare it was to find those two dishes here in Canada. I started with a spectacular foie gras on their toasted homemade bread, with onion confit. Then had one of the freshest tuna tartares (coriander, apple, lime were among the ingredients) that I have ever tasted.

Service was attentive & friendly with an excellent wine recommendation. they gave me the wrong entree, corrected it & then gave us the wrong entry (escargots with foie gras) for free as an apology. I don't know how hubby had room for orange cheesecake with a caramel sauce, but he scraped his plate clean.

Other pluses: we asked for a corner table, both being deaf. She pointed out a table, saying it was far from the speakers as well. the tables are spaced apart. Tteps have been taken to reduce echoes by putting disks on the ceiling; we could easily hear ourselves. They are very considerate of allergies as well.

We had dinner with two courses. We had the herring , salmon gravlax & beef carpaccio appetizers & for mains we had the tuna steak, the tuna tartare, & braised beef cheek.

The food, service & ambiance were really lovely. Highly recommend

Super bon l'entrée fois gras. Beaucoup de goût savoureux. Que dire du tartare tellement bon & beaucoup saveur. La serveuse Super gentille très professionnel & polis.

What an absolute gem!! Our table of 6 had the most amazing dinner at Bistro Lounge Garcons. We all raved about the appetizers & dinner entrees that we had. One of the best meals I have ever had. The duck, beef cheek & steak tartare were all excellent!! Our sincerest compliments to the chef! Our waitress was also so attentive & just lovely. She added so much to our enjoyment of the evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Un gros coup de coeur! Excellent service, les entrées & plats principaux étaient excellents & goûteux. Nous avons choisi le steak de thon & le tartare de thon Nouvellement arrivés à ste Adèle, ce sera notre place chouchou !

Service excellent & courtois ! Les entrées particulièrement le carpaccio de boeuf très bon ! Les repas que ce soit les tartares , la joue de boeuf exquise ou le steak d'onglet tout est très bon ! Decidement à refaire! & à recommander fortement! Le von recommandé était aussi d'excellents choix !
