Nous adorons l'expérience du restaurant.
La qualité des plats & l'ambiance sont toujours au rendez-vous.

Le personnel donne l'impression qu'on est des amis invités pour un souper chez eux.

En plus, le chef vient parfois s'asseoir avec les clients pour nous partager ses secrets de cuisine.

L'expérience rappelle la restauration lente européenne. Nous avons le temps de déguster les plats & de discuter entre chacun. Il faut prévoir quelques heures pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience.

Ne partez pas sans avoir gouté à leur sauce au beurre.

Un endroit où on prend le temps de bien manger, sans avoir l'impression d'être pressé pour laisser place à d'autres clients. Bons plats, bien dosés, portions équilibrées. Service vraiment chouette.

Superbe.petit restaurant avec une excellente cuisine, des serveurs très avenants, une ambiance très amicale. Nous étions 15 personnes dans notre groupe & tout s'est passé à merveille. Soirée à refaire

Last night was our first, but certainly not the last, visit to Bistro Lounge Garçons last night in Sainte-Adele. The meal was utterly delicious: my husband started with marinated herring on new potatoes with cognac dressing, & continued with a boudin noir that melted in his mouth; he commented how rare it was to find those two dishes here in Canada. I started with a spectacular foie gras on their toasted homemade bread, with onion confit. Then had one of the freshest tuna tartares (coriander, apple, lime were among the ingredients) that I have ever tasted.

Service was attentive & friendly with an excellent wine recommendation. they gave me the wrong entree, corrected it & then gave us the wrong entry (escargots with foie gras) for free as an apology. I don't know how hubby had room for orange cheesecake with a caramel sauce, but he scraped his plate clean.

Other pluses: we asked for a corner table, both being deaf. She pointed out a table, saying it was far from the speakers as well. the tables are spaced apart. Tteps have been taken to reduce echoes by putting disks on the ceiling; we could easily hear ourselves. They are very considerate of allergies as well.

Happy accident coming here. Had a reservation down the street that I cancelled & stopped here for a late night Friday meal.

1. Super friendly, approachable, bi lingual staff. Lovely & attentive, checking in just the right amount to ensure satisfaction.

2. Atmosphere is laid back, quaint, casual but also classy & nice. Dim lights, great jazz, as easy to show up in jeans as it would be in a suit for a nice date night.

3. Food. Spectacular meal. Smoked herring over Crete fresh potatoes & dill, broad beef cheeks done in a wine reduction with grilled veggies. Both were perfect.

4. Prices. Totally fair & actually I think quite a deal over some comparable meals down the hill in Montreal.

Would return in a heartbeat. Hope to do so soon.

Un incontournable a Ste-Adele! Les proprio sont juste wow, belle accueil! La bouffe est sublime & le service tres professionnel! Nous étions terrasse qui est tres convivial!

Excellent Bistro dans la petite municipalité de Ste-Adèle. Convivial, beaucoup de cachet, bonne carte des vins & plats délicieux 🤤 Mention spéciale à Joanie notre serveuse, excellent service & toujours aux petits oignons avec elle! Merci & à très bientôt 🤗
