Ordered the jerk chicken & mac & cheese from Bistro Jaybi via Uber Eats, & I had to leave a Google review because the food was phenomenal! The chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, & bursting with flavor. The mac & cheese was creamy & delicious. Everything was top-notch, hands down some of the best food I've had in a while. They catered our wedding & were very accommodating with our diet needs & choices of menu. Incredible food. Everyone's plate was clean, clean not single grain of rice left on the plate. We ate here yesterday. The food was cooked from scratch, was delicious, & not heavy. We had the oxtail plate, the griot burrito, & mac & cheese (the best ever!). Highly recommend. Widby, the owner, also catered my late husband's Celebration of Life party at home. Everyone commented on how good the food was (cold hors d'oeuvres & a sumptuous hot meal, with assorted desserts).
