I have been coming to this restaurant since looong time ago; when they relocated from avenue parc to Lasalle, which then became too far from me back then & recently I visited twice within the last 2 weeks.

Bottom line, still the same great place & this is the Authentic Japanese restaurant run by Japanese family. To those of you who love sushi saying that you love fried dragon Maki roll with lots of mayo sauce, you may find it blend. You may say you like Japanese food but you don't want to eat raw fish or seaweed you will still find several options here, & one thing for sure I guarantee, for the price & quality you get in this place, it is rare & this is very close to what you can expect to eat in Japan.

You will find variety of fresh fish options for sushi, not just common type of salmon, tuna, crab meat & sweet omelet; you will find mackerel, scallop, squid, yellow tail & etc where you can eat them raw only when they are extremely fresh otherwise you will get sick. (See if you can find them at your all you can eat sushi restaurants). Other dishes including grilled chicken screwers, grilled squid, tuna carpaccio, unagi pie (grilled eel & spinach in a puff pastry with teriyaki sauce), Everything is perfectly seasoned, well prepared, & ultimately, their sushi rice is always perfectly cooked & seasoned. ( had enough of those places with soggy rice & they still roll their maki).

I highly recommend this place & I will still be a repeat customer.

We ordered the 41-piece sushi platter. The sushi was fresh & overall good. A couple of the rolls had cooked fish inside, which wasn't really my preference, but everything tasted fine. Good option if you want a large sushi combo.

If you want to eat here you have to make a reservation, we were refused because they had no seats, the website did not say that reservations were required & of course we went elsewhere where we were welcomed with pleasure

Très beau menu bien exécuté, service efficace mais peu chaleureux, atmosphère & ambiance (musique américaine) ordinaire. Mais on y mange très bien pour un prix très convenable (2 pers. soupes, entrées, plats, saké pour 65$ tx inclus.)
