All I can say is, wow. Hands down best sushi I've had in Montreal so far. Hidden gem in an IGA parking lot, it's so unassuming. We were blown away by the quality of ingredients. The dine-in service was very timely & they were slammed with takeout orders. All for an excellent price. Telling all my friends about this spot :)

It has become my favorite place to go to whenever I want to eat out, favorite is the Ten Soba & the Karaage (lunch is cheaper/better value but sadly I only have time during the evening)

Definitely a hidden gem! The dining room was open despite the sign on the door - we almost left because of the sign but glad we didn't! The food was great & authentic, & the restaurant itself was cute & clean. Service was very good too. Five stars!!

Bien que vu de l' extérieur le restaurant ne paie pas de mine, c'est en dégustant Tous ces plats aussi succulents les uns que les autres que l' on découvre ce merveilleux restaurant qu est le bistro isakaya. Une entreprise familiale qui vaut le détour....je recommande très fortement C'est un de mes rares coups de coeu

Tried many different dishes to share with our table of 4. Everything was beautifully plated & tasted delicious! There were plenty of options for low-carb diet which was important for someone in our group. The menu has lots of variety so I'm excited to go back & try even more dishes!

Je suis allée, car on m'a recommandé, mais rien de spécial & pas trop goûteux. Commande pour emporter - j'ai dû la récupérer après 1 heure (la condition de la madame au téléphone), donc très lents. Rendue dans le bistro, il y avait 3 tables avec des clients seulement. Aussi, trop cher pour la quantité & la qualité des sushis.

Absolutely love this restaurant, I order from there on an almost weekly basis. Staff is super kind & accommodating. Food is always really good. Definitely the best sushi in Lasalle/ Verdun area. Also love their ramen & gyoza!
