Clam chowder: Good!
Calamari : It was good, I liked the thin batter & it was a good portion.
tartare: Very good, on par with fancy places, took the tuna & beef & it was fresh, tangy & the dijon took over on the beef one but overall great.
Bavette with chimi churri: Steak was small, juicy, tasty but i gotta say that was not chimi-churri sauce at all.
Service was okay, we had to chase our waiter but maybe it was just busy. Atmosphere was as good as you can make it in an IKEA showroom (sorry i dont know how else to describe it)
Overall it needed a little more character, I would recommend it for the tartare!
The food is delicious!! The rose is the best highly recommend & the steak tartare. The service is amazing great owners, the spot is very relaxing, nice music. Love this place definitely coming back!!
What a great find in our neighborhood.. always great staff, warm atmosphere & very good food. Filet mignon, butterfly shrimp, ings, Brussel sprouts, Cesar salad.....yum.

Attended the scotch tasting last night & then stayed for dinner. Service was amazing! Treated like friends not customers. My husband & I ordered the club sandwich & the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Can't rave enough about the quality of the food. Never tasted pasta that good! & the club & fries were almost as fantastic. We are already planning date night for next week!!! Also - the owner knew it was our anniversary & he sent over a crème brûle on the house. Excellent. I highly recommend!!!

Nous avons fait notre souper de Noël d'entreprise & c'était parfait! Le service était excellent, super belle ambiance, la nourriture était excellente!!! Je recommande à tous!
Had an amzing experience here. Our waitress went above & beyond to make our night very special I believe her name is megan. Definitely recommend her as a waitress next time you go.
Food was just okay. Not awful, but definitely not what I hoped for or what I expected. Maybe it was just bad luck that night, but we were a group of 6 people & none of us found our meal to be particularly delicious. I had the steak sandwich - it was fine, but not something i'd recommend.
Service was good, & atmosphere was pleasant.

The staff was super friendly right from the moment we were greeted at the door. It has a very cozy atmosphere. Since it was our 1st time there Mike treated us to a couple of appetizers to taste. Everything was delicious! Their Crème Brûlée is made in house & one of the best I've ever tasted. If you haven't tried Bistro 22 yet, I highly recommend it! Enjoy!!

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. The food was nothing short of amazing-fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. Each dish was not only tasty but also beautifully presented, making it as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm & cozy, providing the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. As for the service, it was impeccable-attentive, friendly, & efficient without being overbearing. All in all, a fantastic dining experience I'll definitely be returning to. Highly recommend!
Bistro 22 is a hidden gem right off the island of Montreal where owners Mike & Christina have truly curated the most elegant yet cozy night's shade of dark blue. With an immaculate start, the zippy espresso martini & tart amaretto sour were handcrafted to perfection. The menu offered a plethora of options for just about everyone's taste including a delectable trio of tartares, ambrosial escargot, succulent fried calamari, & bavette topped with a vibrant, herbaceous chimichurri. Every detail of the main dish was exquisite right down to the loaded baked potato & roasted veggies. The desserts did not disappoint either, as the pecan pie was nostalgic & decadent, the carrot cake airy & moist as well as the chocolate cake which embodied the luscious & rich notes of the classic. Highly recommend for a special night out, this bistro serves simply delicious dishes while providing friendly & insanely efficient service.
