Great spot, very quaint & cozy vibe inside. Came here for brunch with my girlfriend, surprisingly diverse menu ranging from full english breakfast with blood sausage to banh mis & burgers. Drinks were good too!
I had heard so many great things about this place & was really looking forward to trying their salmon, but the night I visited they were offering a special menu for Australian Week.
I ordered the chicken schnitzel &, unfortunately, it was disappointing. It looked more like two oval patties, possibly made with minced chicken, & the texture was very mushy. It didn't resemble or taste like a traditional schnitzel at all.
That said, the atmosphere is pleasant & the staff are friendly & welcoming.
ordered the eggs in purgatory, & it came cold so i sent it back. the kitchen is open & i looked in & saw one of the chefs stick their finger in my food & then taste it. so i asked a waitress if they would be giving me the one that i sent back, & she said yes! they were planning on giving me contaminated food! absolutely vile, no common sense, & overall disgusting.
Il y a quelque chose d'authentique dans cet endroit qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien. Ambiance chaleureuse, personnel très sympathique & la nourriture est de qualité.
Stopped in for lunch & was craving a burger. The server suggested the house Burger & aioli potatoes... Hit the spot! The burger was delicious but Those Potatoes were outstanding.
