Situé en plein coeur de l'Ouest-de-l'Île, Le Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar (BWB) marie des sauces gourmandes faites maison à des sauces traditionnelles et à des marinades sèches pour donner aux amateurs d'ailes des saveurs hallucinantes. Nous avons infusé le concept du poulet frit de notre saveur originale, et nous offrons une variété de bouffe réconfortante haut de gamme, faisant de nous le point de rencontre « tout-poulet » le plus branché en ville!

I visited this restaurant during a Montreal Canadiens playoff game expecting to enjoy great food & energy that comes with cheering on our team. Unfortunately, the experience was completely underwhelming. Despite the game being on the TVs, the sound was turned off & replaced by background music - a baffling choice given the occasion.
The entire place was buzzing with confusion & frustration. Most of the guests were clearly there to watch the game, & many voiced their disappointment. When asked why the game audio wasn't on, staff simply replied,'We're not a sports bar.'
That may be true, but this is Montreal, & when the Habs are in the playoffs, the city rallies together - restaurants included. This felt like a missed opportunity to create a memorable & engaging environment. Food & service were fine, but ignoring such an important cultural moment took away from the experience.
If you're looking to enjoy the game & the atmosphere that comes with it, this unfortunately isn't the place during playoff season.Voir plus

As a returning client, I can confidently say that Birdshouse Wingerie & Bar in DDO continues to impress on every level. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an awesome ambiance. The carefully curated decor, the perfectly chosen music, & the inviting lighting all work in harmony to create a truly enjoyable atmosphere.
However, what truly elevates the Birdshouse experience is their exceptional team. The service I received yesterday was nothing short of amazing. Our waitress was incredibly attentive & knowledgeable, readily offering recommendations & ensuring our every need was met with a genuine smile. It's clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch service, creating a welcoming & positive environment for all guests.
& let's not forget the food! As always, the menu offers a fantastic selection, & the portions are incredibly generous, offering excellent value. While I've enjoyed many dishes here before, the consistent quality & satisfying portions keep me coming back.
Overall, my visit to Birdshouse Wingerie & Bar was once again a perfect experience. The combination of a fantastic atmosphere, a truly outstanding team, & delicious, generously portioned food makes this spot a true gem in DDO. Highly recommended!Voir plus

Service at a restaurant is as important as the quality of the food itself. Birdhouse service did not disappoint. They were extremely friendly & accommodating especially in regards to my son who's in a wheelchair. The food was really good but the standout was the wings obviously. I can't wait to try different sauces next time. My only'complaint' is that there are no handicap parking spots ( unless I really didn't see it )…which isn't a huge issue since there is ample parking & nothing is too far from the entrance but it's definitely worth considering.Voir plus

My wife & I went here for the Habs game. Although this isn't technically a'sports bar', the atmosphere was AMAZING. Great music, great times.
I think besides the amazing chicken, the thing that stood out the most was the service. Everyone there was friendly, helpful & FUN. Nobody had a crappy attitude, everyone loved what they were doing. You could tell this was top-down because the owner was there, & he was fun, playful, but still extremely professional.

The food was all very good. We had nachos with chicken, marrow gravy poutine, wings, each of the chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese with buffalo chicken, cauliflower bites & some veggie bites.
Our server was excellent, I haven't had service this well in a very long time & it was refreshing. I've felt for years that food service has been in a gradual decline but was pleasantly surprised in this case. Definitely deserving of a trip if you're in the mood for pub fare.Voir plus
