Service was best I ‘ve had yet in pub food YUL. Music was louder than dinner conversation should allow, but music selection was solid. Ordering felt a little rushed especially as there are many menu selections for a 1st timer to consider. Small print in menu description made quick glance decisions inaccurate for one with 20/20 👀. I enjoy spicy food but the tacos were heavier than expected. Otherwise food was tasty, service superb.

Food was solid, waiter was helpful & nice.The one thing that was off-putting was paying $3 for a coke & ended up getting a glass full of ice with barely any drink. The menu literally shows a coke can which made it worse when it came to expectations; so it was terrible trying to flush wings & a burger down with water down coke. I get it, it's a business & you need to make money but $3 for maybe a 1/4 glass? Just doesnt sit right. Don't get me wrong, there are tons of places that charge the same but at least give you something thats worth it. Its not about the money because we spent over $100 but its the principle. I didnt mention it to the waiter but maybe I should've. Anyways overall was a good meal but seemed like a cheeky way to make a few extra bucks.
Charlotte our Server was amazing. It was our first time at Birdhouse - & she took the time to explain the menu & make recommendations when we asked her thoughts.
She did an outstanding job!!! Will come back & ask for her section
Came here for the first time, nice decor, staff was very nice with a big smile. Food was good & priced reasonably for the West Island. I’ll definitely come back
Okay so i almost never write reviews for anything but this place absolutely deserves it.
-the service from literally everyone was impeccable. Our waitress was so patient & friendly & HUMAN. Even the manager came to see us on multiple occasions to make sure we were enjoying ourselves (even got our entire table shots for my birthday, my birthday was mentioned once & it was not forgotten by anyone which really shows how much they care here)
-the food at this place was f****** unbelievable, the best damn chicken wings i have ever eaten by far & prices were affordable.
-the atmosphere was incredible, good music & the decor was awesome.
To the entire team at birdhouse, thank you for making my birthday unforgettable, i will without a doubt be coming back & i cannot wait.
The food was very good. At our table, we ordered wings, 2x 3 piece chicken dinners as well as the Buffalo chicken tacos & a side of sweet potato fries. The portions were very well sized for the value.
This was our first time there. The chicken was appropriately crispy & not oily.
I think the next time we will agree on a few items & share them with the table.
We sat on the right-hand side of the restaurant & there was a gigantic TV, the size of the wall as much as it was impressive, it was very distracting & the lighting from the TV images was strange as we were almost sitting under it. If you are there to watch a game & eat, perfect! But if you are going with friends or family & not interested in the game, slightly annoying.
Overall, we liked the place & would go back!

We felt a but rushed to finish our appetizers. It was a first for the both of us.i was also a bit disappointed that there was no candle in my wife's cake like I requested.
On the bright side, our waitress (Allie) was very friendly & came often to see how we were doing.
Went on a Monday night & it was full. The atmosphere was great with good music & nice decor. The server was extra careful to help us understand what we ordered & made sure we got what we wanted. Even gave a taste of a couple of wing sauces to help make my decision. The portions are good. We had wings, tacos, fries & dulces de leches cake. One order of fries is enough for two people. Nice selection of drinks s as well.
The waitress was nice but she brought entrees with our main meals. When I asked her why she brought it altogether, she said she didn't know we wanted them separately. Who doesn't know that entrées come before means & who eats with two plates side by side by the time you finish one meal your other meal is cold.
Music was a bit too loud, hard to have a conversation.
The food is amazing. From the burger to the wings to the poutine & sweet potato fries. The staff is extremely friendly & the service is great. They also have healthy alternatives which are just as tasty. They has tons of sauce options which allows you to try a variety of different flavours. The drink menu is 10/10. Highly recommend taking your family or going with some friends.
Has to be one of the most atmospheric restaurants in Montréal! Large selection of delicious wings that all have their own taste & spice level. Would come again!
