This was my third visit at birdhouse & it has never disappointed me! Our waitress Catherine was the best, super attentive, friendly & overall amazing service! She really made us feel special on our date night by going above & beyond. We got the hot sticks as our entree not as spicy as we thought it would be but didn't change how delicious it was. We shared some wings & the animal burger with a really generous portion of fries & wow! You can tell the food is fresh & made in house:) The manager Ryan stopped by our table to check on us & you can tell he's very professional & cares a lot about the company. Overall a great place to grab a bite/drink in the west! They have screens all over but don't make you feel like you're at a sports bar the ambiance is wonderful:) The staff make you feel extremely welcomed thanks again to Catherine & charlotte for making our night with their charisma & smiles!! Can't wait for my next visit!!! (Unfortunately we couldn't resist the delicious smell of our food so here's how much we enjoyed our meal in pictures)
So far everything that I have eaten there has really been something! From the large sized, tasty seasoned chicken wings, to the savoury chicken or fish tacos, to the delicious cheeseburger… oh & I can't forget the regular & bone marrow fries, this place just doesn't disappoint! A great place to hang out with friends & share a laugh or two, over great food & drinks!

Second Review. Birdhouse still gets me every time.
Love the service & music they play & service is good. I don't know the name of the lady who served us but she was good. She was fast & filled our water cups once. God Bless you always.
We came during lunch time & it's not that busy which is nice. I don't like the one bathroom which is for both men & women just make it a family bathroom for Lesus Christus.

Birdhouse is a great restaurant. I have been here more than 3 times & counting.
Love the Selection of music they play for you. They play 80's 90's & 2010's hits max. That's awesome & have great taste in music. The volume was a little bit loud for me again my ears are like that.
If you love chicken & drinking beers & cocktails this place is for you. They have many chicken options & others besides chicken.
I tried recently their tacos & they are really good & quite spicy. Their Kale Cesar salad is exceptional as well. I always get that when I come here.
Kate our waitress that night with the red nails was awesome & a good hard worker. God Bless you for the nice service. We need more people like this.
Bathroom was clean & a little bit tight but they have hand washing stations.
Love this restaurant & again prices are a little high for me but still love the experience & food is always good.

We had a reservation for six at noon on Sunday, but my group was running behind. I called ahead to let the restaurant know we would be five instead, & about fifteen minutes late. They were gracious & accommodating from the moment I called.
Anthony, our waiter, set the tone for the entire experience. He came by to take our drink order, but since we were already ready to order everything, he handled it with ease & a friendly professionalism. Throughout the meal, he struck that rare perfect balance: attentive without ever interrupting our conversation.
We were able to catch up among friends without a single disruptive moment. Our glasses were refilled quietly, & Anthony checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed, never making us feel rushed or pressured.
A great spot for good food, easy conversation, & service that truly understands hospitality - thanks especially to Anthony.
The service by Anthony was fine he is very nice but unfortunately there was missing some experience overall even by the manager, the wings were a disappointment & I told her, she did nothing to fix that. We tried two piece of wings, & due to an unpleasant aftertaste, the rest of the plate was not eaten & she saw that, although it was brought to her attention. We had ordered a lot of different plate including drinks, so we decided to order instead a plate of burger but the manager still kept the wings on the table, they brought the burger in a rapped to go bag, the guy was lost ??? I told them it was for here, unfortunately It was a big disappointment.
A small gesture or adjustment would have made a big difference in the overall experience. Nothing was done on our bill or at least to replace the meal, mistakes on the service & order. This is not a message to offend anyone just to improve the service & to show some care about clientele. Unfortunately I will definitely not return when I see a restaurant will not care of the service or after service.
Could not have happened at a better time. Food, Decor, Staff & did i mention the drinks?? WOWZERS. This place is the real deal. Wings, tenders, fried chicken, everything is great. Will sure be our weekly spot for date night.

The General manager Ryan freeted us as if we were friends coming over & our waitress Charlotte was an absolute angel.
As a guy that only drinks water at restaurants, I NEVER RAN OUT of water. That was a crazy little detail but #1 on service. Food was really good & the place is clean.
The music isn't overly loud either so we could hear ourselves talk.
The food was terrible. I ordered the Holy Cluck chicken sandwich & there was a sliver of chicken while the rest of the'chicken burger' was all breading. Every time I took a bite it was hollow & empty. The toppings weren't fresh they were soggy. I also ordered the chicken wings which were full of cartilage & were not fall off the bone juicy they were dry tough low quality. I am very disappointed with the food & will not be returning. Poor quality food all around. I can tell a lot of their appetizers are frozen & ready & not house made at all. I paid $140 for cartilage & breading & frozen sweet potato fries. At least the drinks were decent. I can make better food at home & I don't have a culinary degree.
Birdhouse has a great vibe- upbeat, energetic, & positive. Staff were very attentive, quick, & responsive to individual requests. They were also fun/playful & engaging! The drinks, wings, sweet potato fries, & desserts were delicious! Ryan & Devon went above & beyond! Thank you for a fantastic & memorable night!

5th time coming to the Birdhouse.
We were 3 adults sharing the crispy Brussel sprout. I had the bbq wings with tater tots, my aunt had the spicy honey chicken & my uncle had the general Tao chicken. We each had a drink which I had the cool as a cucumber drink. Everything was amazing like always. Make sure to bring your appetite or get a second meal for later. It is very loud in the restaurant but great music! Will come back 100%
We loved our time at Birdhouse DDO. The food was impeccable, the drinks were great. Our hostess Catherine was super friendly & quick with our food & drinks! The sauces & coleslaw were absolutely incredible & unique in their flavors. The fried chicken & the wings we got were juicy & flavorful. The ambiance & music were wonderful & nostalgic, we loved it. Great spot for a date night! Easily one of the best restaurants in the West Island & we will definitely be going there often! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Bone marrow pourtine is good. The grilled chicken salade is good, the mac & cheese is ok since the chicken is hard. I had better chicken elsewhere. A good place for drink & chitchatting.
We came to Birdhouse Wings as a family of 10, & it was the perfect place to reconnect, laugh, & enjoy a fun night out!
Our server, Juliana, was amazing! She walked us through the menu + shared her personal favourites, which we ended up ordering-& they were absolutely fantastic. Every single wing we tried had us looking at each other & saying WOW.
Drinks were great, service was quick, & the whole experience felt seamless. Thank you, Birdhouse, for making our family night out so memorable. We'll definitely be back!
The drink I had was very nice-I loved it. The General Tao chicken was good too. However, I had asked for a small salad, like the little cup I showed in the photo. The waitress said they had kale salad, so I said okay. But then they brought me a big bowl of salad, like the one in the photo. The kale salad was too salty-I couldn't even finish it. When I told her it was too salty, she didn't respond or say anything at all. Maybe they were too busy to care. I also asked them for a knife because they didn't give us enough utensils, but she forgot that too.

Had Birdhouse on my list for some time now & I knew when I was going to be in the west I'd stop by. Julianna took good care of us!! The service was amazing as were the drinks. Wings were flavourful & cooked perfectly. I believe the smash burger was our favourite tho…. Y'all make a mean burger!!!
Will definitely be back when in the area!!
