We're visiting tourists & came to this restaurant on a whim because the chain restaurant that we wanted to go to was closed. This restaurant ended up being so much better anyways & we're glad we came. It's got an atmosphere of a restaurant & a bar combined. It was the perfect place to eat some food & have some drinks on a late night. Service was amazing - Charlotte is one of the best servers we've ever had. She was attentive & funny. Food was delicious too! We recommend their legendary wing sauce & the Nutella cheesecake.
Awesome food, & surprisingly lots of vegan options. Their sauces & dips are great & this is probably the best places in Montreal to get wings right now. Nice dining room, cool retro vibe & good beer choice. They can also accommodate groups & parties.
We went on Saturday night for our 4-year anniversary & had the best time ever. First of all, we walked in to a super bubbly hostess, which was already a great start to the evening. We got seated, & shortly after, the waitress came to take our drink orders. One of the managers, Angelika, who was walking around, came by to greet us & made sure to suggest a few things on the menu, as it was my partner's first time at Birdhouse. I briefly mentioned that it was our anniversary night, & we were super excited to be here at Birdhouse. We got our drinks, which were both refreshing & beautiful to look at. Time flew by as we enjoyed some 90's hits, & before we knew it, our nachos & crispy tofu bites arrived. The portions were huge, the presentation was on point, & everything was so tasty. At no point were we rushed, & we even had time to digest our appetizers before our main dishes arrived. Being at a wingery, it would have been a crime not to order some wings, especially with the number of sauce options available. Honey garlic has always been my go-to, & I have to say, I was not disappointed with that yummy garlic taste. (I WANT MOREEEE). My partner had the cauliflower wings with the hot & honey IPA sauce, & they were fantastic too. I'm not a fan of beer, & thankfully it didn't taste like beer, so we were both pleased. At this point, I thought the evening couldn't get any better, but it did. We asked Kalia for some extra sauce, because there is no such thing as too much sauce, let's be honest. She cracked a joke & left, & we were both laughing our butts off. After our meal, we ended up moving outside to the terrace to enjoy some more drinks & digest the enormous amount of food we had just eaten. Chris, the general manager, came by to chat & see how our experience was so far. I'm sure he wasn't surprised when we both said it was beyond our expectations. We spoke a bit about the new Birdhouse opening in Centropolis, & shortly after, he left. A few minutes later, Kalia, our amazing waitress, came with two ice cream cookies & a candle to celebrate our anniversary. We were both in awe of that gesture & did not expect this to happen. That was the cherry on top of our evening. We left around closing time, each with a huge smile on our face, grateful for such a wonderful evening. YOU NEED TO GO THERE, IT IS A MUST! :)
Very average food, below average service, way over priced for all their menu items, they charge for the sauce accompanying chicken wings, we eat in a non descript store. What is their not to like. You want to feel robbed, eat in this restaurant.
This place has by far the best chicken wings in Montreal, & the best buffalo sauce in the game! I couldn't believe a buffalo sauce could be THAT GOOD! Unfortunately I cannot say the same with the cheeseburger, it's bland. PS you get a funny printing when you order a drought beer.
Food arrived very quickley , service was friendly , ordered 2 pounds of wings , buffalo & honey garlic , both were very tasty & good quality , for my taste i'd have liked it to have more sauce but still i liked it .

The food is amazing. From the burger to the wings to the poutine & sweet potato fries. The staff is extremely friendly & the service is great. They also have healthy alternatives which are just as tasty. They has tons of sauce options which allows you to try a variety of different flavours. The drink menu is 10/10. Highly recommend taking your family or going with some friends.
THE BONE MARROW POUTINE!!! My boyfriend is a huge fan of hot sauce & they have a good selection of it, their wings are amazing as well! ( Big shoutout to the caccios & Pepe's one )
Amazing wings, moist, juicy chicken, with a crispy but light coating. Habanero Apple smoked sauce was great. Fresh cut fries are a nice side & service is great. Will be coming back here if I ever am in the area.

This was our second time eating here, it did not disappoint. Service is friendly & efficient, our waitress was very sweet. We tried the rosé sangria this time, very refreshing, definitely a great summertime option. The buttermilk chicken is so tasty, crispy on the outside & so tender on the inside & loved the hot n' honey sauce! We had the sweet potato fries as well, they were perfect, flavorful, not too many spices on them but crispy, wonderful. The chicken sandwich was also amazing, we will definitely be back!
Had the fried chicken sandwich. Chicken was very good, so we're the toppings & sauce. The bun was the only let down, too soft/not toasted. Fries were well seasoned but could've been more crispy.
Its a staple when we crave wings. Ever since it opened we have been visiting birdhouse. Food is tasty, people are nice & accomodating, clean restaurant. My recommendation is caccio pepe & original sauce.
Amazing experience! The staff & service was extremely welcoming, always coming to our table to ensure we had everything we needed. Our waitress Kalia gave us great recommendations & was so nice & friendly! The manager Mathew was super accommodating & helped us chose the best sauce for our wings. Fried Chicken Cluk sandwich was my favourite with the sriracha wings.

Great service, Luca was very amazing & so were the rest of the staff. The food is ok, wings are all about the sauces. We had some without sauce & they lacked seasoning & taste. Cauliflower & onions were quite greasy.
Mathieu & Alex nous ont donné un excellent service ! Ça faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu un service comme celui-là. En plus, quoi dire des ailes de poulet ! Elles sont sublimes ! Leurs sauces maison sont plus que délicieuses. Vous devez essayer la sauce Buffalo original ! Elle est tellement bonne que nous avons acheté 3 bouteilles pour apportez. La seule chose, c'est que nous sommes de Gatineau, donc nous ne pouvons pas venir à toutes les semaines :( Vous êtes dans le coin? Vous devez arrêter pour essayer leur ailes, frites maison & poulet Miam! Miam!
Service & ambiance was amazing. The wings are really good with a lot of different choices for the sauces. I Had the chicken sandwich with tater tots 10/10. Drinks are really good too
We've been coming here pretty much since it opened. It never disappoints. Food & ambience are terrific but what really stands out for us are the incredibly attentive & engaging staff. They treat each customer like a friend. Congratulations to Chris, who is such an involved manager, always making it a point to talk to customers. He also seems to be really be involved with his amazing team. Thank you to Angelika, who served us tonight & who went above & beyond to accommodate us tonight, even making us try different sauces. You guys are the best!
Excellent service! Friendly staff, nice vibe, good selection of drinks & food. The kale Caesar salad was excellent, however we found the chicken wings slightly undercooked, a little pink, especially the bigger ones & not tender. The two sauces we tried (cherry coke & spicy honey kind) were both tasty. I have had better wings elsewhere though. I would return.
