This was my third visit at birdhouse & it has never disappointed me! Our waitress Catherine was the best, super attentive, friendly & overall amazing service! She really made us feel special on our date night by going above & beyond. We got the hot sticks as our entree not as spicy as we thought it would be but didn't change how delicious it was. We shared some wings & the animal burger with a really generous portion of fries & wow! You can tell the food is fresh & made in house:) The manager Ryan stopped by our table to check on us & you can tell he's very professional & cares a lot about the company. Overall a great place to grab a bite/drink in the west! They have screens all over but don't make you feel like you're at a sports bar the ambiance is wonderful:) The staff make you feel extremely welcomed thanks again to Catherine & charlotte for making our night with their charisma & smiles!! Can't wait for my next visit!!! (Unfortunately we couldn't resist the delicious smell of our food so here's how much we enjoyed our meal in pictures)
Dropped in with a friend on a Friday night: no reservation but we were accommodated & never rushed. Our server was great, she checked in on us a lot, as did others including the owner. These folks really care about their customers. Gorgonzola burger was great, generous portions, my friends chicken sandwich too. We'll be back to try more, & for those perfect pear cocktails!
The service by Anthony was fine he is very nice but unfortunately there was missing some experience overall even by the manager, the wings were a disappointment & I told her, she did nothing to fix that. We tried two piece of wings, & due to an unpleasant aftertaste, the rest of the plate was not eaten & she saw that, although it was brought to her attention. We had ordered a lot of different plate including drinks, so we decided to order instead a plate of burger but the manager still kept the wings on the table, they brought the burger in a rapped to go bag, the guy was lost ??? I told them it was for here, unfortunately It was a big disappointment.
A small gesture or adjustment would have made a big difference in the overall experience. Nothing was done on our bill or at least to replace the meal, mistakes on the service & order. This is not a message to offend anyone just to improve the service & to show some care about clientele. Unfortunately I will definitely not return when I see a restaurant will not care of the service or after service.
The food was terrible. I ordered the Holy Cluck chicken sandwich & there was a sliver of chicken while the rest of the'chicken burger' was all breading. Every time I took a bite it was hollow & empty. The toppings weren't fresh they were soggy. I also ordered the chicken wings which were full of cartilage & were not fall off the bone juicy they were dry tough low quality. I am very disappointed with the food & will not be returning. Poor quality food all around. I can tell a lot of their appetizers are frozen & ready & not house made at all. I paid $140 for cartilage & breading & frozen sweet potato fries. At least the drinks were decent. I can make better food at home & I don't have a culinary degree.
The staff was great, very attentive. The fries were great. The wings.. not so much honestly. It was my first time having this experience with the chicken wings but they did not seem properly seasoned. Yes there was sauce/a dry rub on the outside, but when you bite into them, it was like biting into water. The interior was cooked through, but severely missing flavor. There were sauces on the side to help, but honestly, I ate maybe 3 wings & that was it. I was a bit turned off. Maybe if there is a next time, I'll order something else on the menu aside from the wings (their burgers look good).
We went on a Friday night for an impromptu dinner with our kids.. We had no reservations but the staff was nice enough to accommodate us.. Service by Luca was quick & friendly.. Food was excellent.. Smash burger & gorgonzola burger were delicious, as well as the bbq Mac & cheese.. Boneless wings were tasty.. Prices are reasonable & portions are big.. Highly recommended
The food has always been very good, especially the Cauliflower Bites, the Fish Tacos 🌮, wings, & Chicken Dinner, although on our last visit, the Crispy Chicken had run out by 7pm. My husband, therefore, had to have a second choice (Gorgonzola Burger,) which was dry, & he said quite tasteless. A shame. The fries are generally too dark for me (can seem overcooked). Prices are good, & the sauces are delicious. Their salads are great, not overpriced, & are more than just leaves. The staff are lovely too. Conversation is difficult if there is a lot of you, when the music is too loud.
Had Birdhouse on my list for some time now & I knew when I was going to be in the west I'd stop by. Julianna took good care of us!! The service was amazing as were the drinks. Wings were flavourful & cooked perfectly. I believe the smash burger was our favourite tho…. Y'all make a mean burger!!!
Will definitely be back when in the area!!

Friendly, professional service by server . All other staff were excellent as well!! Cocktail menu is elaborate & the ones we ordered were excellent! Caico e pepe wings were outstanding!! Smash burger also delicious - tender & full of flavour. The boneless wings & both sauces we chose were so so delicious! Service was quick & efficient . Will definitely recommend

Birdhouse 🐦 is a beautiful restaurant ! It's large & spacious, modern & absolutely stunning! The service is great! The servers are young but very professional & friendly ! 😊 The food is a strong 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I highly recommend the fried chicken 🍗 & the buffalo mac & cheese 🧀 ! I also hear their burgers 🍔 are absolutely amazing! The prices can go from 20 to 30 dollars a person but it is worth it & the portions are quite generous ! They also have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free & pescatarian options!! 🥰
nice place good service we tried a bunch of chicken wings & beers & all we're great tasting, you have to try the brisket burger it's very delicious, I also liked their spicy mayo with sweet potato fries. The only problem I see is their menu is very limited.
