I have to say that their Billy Bomb poutine is absolutely amazing. They are so incredibly accommodating too. I asked for a few modifications & they went beyond my expectations. Thank you for such a delicious pout 🙃

Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind & helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins & it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs & poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly & said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience & price point was reasonable for lunch.

One of the most incredible Billy K locations I have ever been too. I have gone with 8 kids( my own kids plus their friends) in tow & each time our food came fast perfect, incredibly tasty & as always the owner who is such a kind & caring individual with staff that is JUST as incredible came met with us & spent time with us.
Making us feel like we were valued clients!
This place just keeps offering exceptional service & care.

Usually go here for their 2 for $ deals. Their buffalo chicken wrap is very tasty. Although their prices did go up, I still find it to be worth the $. However the only disappointing thing is that they remove their chicken burgers from that deal. That was what made me first try their location & it was 5 star.

We got their bello poutine & it was sooooo goood!! we also got the 2 hamburgers for $13 & it was solid! The price was decent for the amount of food! 9/10 would definitely come back to try their other food!

I've ordered from Billy K multiple times & have always loved the food. However, when I placed an order through Uber that was completely wrong & now Uber has apparently cracked down on their refund policy for wrong orders (according to them the order was'right') I called Billy K 2 times & both times the employee on the phone seemed sympathetic (they told me they put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag so was a restaurant mistake not the Uber driver)& said they would call me back with a solution & never called. So as a general overview, the food is always great but I would recommend going in person & not ordering on Uber/3rd party apps as you will have no customer service if something goes wrong with your order!

Billy K's hosted our musical group yesterday & is our new place for the yearly tradition of a late night meal after our Friday night productions. We had a blast! As a group of over 50 people with the restaurants small size we were unsure how it would work out - but it ended up being the best experience. The food was amazing, we were served quickly & efficiently! Overall we had a surreal experience with Billy K's. Thank you again for a night like no other!

The restaurant is clean & welcoming & the staff are friendly but the food was not good at all. I had the Billy bowl & if I want to summarize it, it was bland & cold. This was the first time trying out Billy K's & the food was disappointing. I ended up putting probably around 5 packs of pepper , salt & ketchup in the rice to make it eatable. It's a shame cause they really do have a nice place & a good location. I do not recommend this place

The place is clean & looks nice, & the food was prepared in a good amount of time, those were the pros for me. I had the Billy Burger with fries. However, to me, both the burger & the fries were very bland, as if there was no seasoning. Not much sauce either.

What a disappointment! I ordered from here early November & the burger & onion rings were fabulous! Tonight it was the worst burger ever. Dripping in sauce,so much so it poured down my hand...not kidding. The onion rings were soggy because they were put in a poutine bowl! The condensation was dripping down the inside of the bowl.Last time they came in a paper bag,they way it should be. It was all barely eatable. Bottom line...NOT CONSISTENT. Role the dice on ordering from here. At today's prices food should be consistent.
