Good burgers, quality ingredients, tastes fresh. Poutine was very good with lots of cheese curds although the sauce is a little more peppery than I prefer. Overall good portions for the price & the best part was the warm, friendly service. I would go again & recommend.

The greeting was very friendly, service was quick, food was great & the owner Koko really treats his customers with respect & courtesy. Definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A big thanks to Adrianna & Patrick, me & my friends went on Halloween & while I was waiting I got to chatting with Adrianna & she was so kind & really helped me out with my questions. Patrick is an amazing chef that as we got to talking told me he could make a Taco Bell crunch wrap supreme & they did the nicest thing by making one for me on the house. I was blown away & per usual the food was excellent. I continue to go back & will never stop.
Insane service from Adrianna. we came almost 15min before closing time at like 1:45am & she was still super happy & sweet. She helped us choosing our meals me & my friends. Also, the Owner Coco was amazing. One of the chillest guy. He was chatting with us while cooking & at the end, the food was still AMAZING & JUICY . Seeing an owner in the kitchen is rare but god damn that man is a chef. Highly recommend it!!! Food amazing, prices are good & the employees/ owner are incredible humans
Adrianna & Patrick were so welcoming & great to talk to we almost forgot to order. They ended up giving us a newer item on the menu that is basically a crunch wrap supreme. Super delicious! They were so open to custom orders & ensuring we would get the best item for what we were craving. Always ask if they can do something special on your order I'm sure they will figure something out! Strongly recommend supporting such a hard working team
The moment I walked in, I heard a voice from the back saying he'd be there in a minute. Perfect start. This was my first time at Billy K's, & I was surprised at how big the menu was-but I was there for one thing: a burger.
The owner (or maybe the chef) came out with a big smile & asked what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a burger, & he recommended the Billy K Burger since it was my first visit. I mentioned I'm not a fan of well-done smash burgers & prefer mine juicy. Without hesitation, he assured me it would be perfect.
I ordered a Pepsi & said no fries, but he insisted they were on the house because he wanted me to have the full experience. After I paid, he told me to grab a seat & he'd bring it over.
Within five minutes, he appeared with a huge burger wrapped in foil, fresh fries, & my Pepsi. He even brought ketchup, saying it was needed for the fries. & he wasn't wrong-the fries were exceptional.
As for the burger, unwrapping it was an experience in itself-juices flowing out of the wrapper, flavor in every bite. Absolutely amazing.
This was more than just a quick meal; it was hospitality at its best. Great service, a phenomenal burger, & fries worth writing home about. Honestly, the kind of service that feels worthy of a Michelin star.
Had delivery so can't speak to atmosphere or service but the food was subpar at best, unfortunately. The poutine was not great, & the'jumbo' hot dog tasted fine, but was incredibly small. Either I got the wrong size for both or their regular size is half a hot dog.
