The moment I walked in, I heard a voice from the back saying he'd be there in a minute. Perfect start. This was my first time at Billy K's, & I was surprised at how big the menu was-but I was there for one thing: a burger.
The owner (or maybe the chef) came out with a big smile & asked what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a burger, & he recommended the Billy K Burger since it was my first visit. I mentioned I'm not a fan of well-done smash burgers & prefer mine juicy. Without hesitation, he assured me it would be perfect.
I ordered a Pepsi & said no fries, but he insisted they were on the house because he wanted me to have the full experience. After I paid, he told me to grab a seat & he'd bring it over.
Within five minutes, he appeared with a huge burger wrapped in foil, fresh fries, & my Pepsi. He even brought ketchup, saying it was needed for the fries. & he wasn't wrong-the fries were exceptional.
As for the burger, unwrapping it was an experience in itself-juices flowing out of the wrapper, flavor in every bite. Absolutely amazing.
This was more than just a quick meal; it was hospitality at its best. Great service, a phenomenal burger, & fries worth writing home about. Honestly, the kind of service that feels worthy of a Michelin star.

The girl who was working the front counter on November 23rd, 2024, at 5:30 pm (don't know her name), was super nice. Also, the lady who emerged from the back & told us about the cookies, was nice. Both very friendly. The burgers were exactly what you'd want from a quality, fast-food style burger, & the fries were fresh & very good. They also give a pretty substantial serving of fries. The burger I tried (Bello burger) was a'smash' burger (very flattened beef patties), & it's possible that all the burgers are that style, but I'm not sure. This was a very satisfying meal. The place was great. Go here. About as good as five guys, but maybe more options.
Fast food is not my thing. But since this place opened, I have been curious.
So, I dragged a friend & went for burgers & fries.
The menu is up on the wall. As with most fast-food restaurants, someone takes your order & you sit & wait. The plus, your order is then brought to you.
We both had the same thing. We ordered cheeseburgers & fries.
The fries were amazing, home-cut fries, perfectly cooked & served hot.
The taste of the burger & the Billy K special sauce was delicious. The burger is loaded with cheese, Billy K sauce, pickles, onions, & lettuce. Except order the double. I didn't. Now I regret it. The single burger is so thin. Yes, I know it's a smash burger but it was not enough.
The fountain soda is unlimited.
All was still under $20.
Will I go back? Yes, but I will order the double burger. Enjoy.
Usually go here for their 2 for $ deals. Their buffalo chicken wrap is very tasty. Although their prices did go up, I still find it to be worth the $. However the only disappointing thing is that they remove their chicken burgers from that deal. That was what made me first try their location & it was 5 star.
The place is clean & looks nice, & the food was prepared in a good amount of time, those were the pros for me. I had the Billy Burger with fries. However, to me, both the burger & the fries were very bland, as if there was no seasoning. Not much sauce either.
What a disappointment! I ordered from here early November & the burger & onion rings were fabulous! Tonight it was the worst burger ever. Dripping in sauce,so much so it poured down my hand...not kidding. The onion rings were soggy because they were put in a poutine bowl! The condensation was dripping down the inside of the bowl.Last time they came in a paper bag,they way it should be. It was all barely eatable. Bottom line...NOT CONSISTENT. Role the dice on ordering from here. At today's prices food should be consistent.

UPDATE: Second visit & Maya is great Awesome service, great taste..thank you guys for great work One of the best burger restaurants, very close to Shake Shack in taste. Service was awesome, only negative experience was not serving the whole order together. We finished our meal & yet kids meals were not served
