Lovely atmosphere, opening night, the vibes were amazing. Service was slow bc it was busy but the servers were nice & pleasant. I ordered the jerk pork , rice & peas & pineapple & ginger juice
I was disappointed bc you could hardly taste the pineapple, the ginger was prominent. Pork was dry with too much browning. I didn't taste much of a jerk seasoning & no gravy on the rice.
My feedback is to improve the taste of the juice to give the rich flavour of whatever the ingredients are, do a taste test before. Jerk pork does not need much browning if any, it will get its natural color in the oven. Always serve gravy with the meal, especially with rice. Can be on the side as some people have different preferences?

I just had the ackee & saltfish with fried dumplings & it was very delicious. It's nice to have that real authentic tasting Jamaican food right here in Montreal. I highly recommend.

Bigga Taste never disappoints! The oxtail & jerk chicken were AMAZING & cooked perfectly!! I also grabbed a sorrel drink super refreshing & delicious. The restaurant is always clean, the service is quick, & the staff are welcoming every time I come by. Definitely one of my go to spots for great Jamaican food! 🔥

I came in today & immediately felt so welcomed! The place is nice, clean, & has a great vibe. The service was quick too didn't have to wait long at all. I ordered the jerk chicken & oxtail meal, & both were absolutely delicious, full of rich, authentic flavours. This was only my second time trying Jamaican food, & it was totally worth it. Bigga Taste definitely lives up to its name! I'll definitely be coming back. 👍🏾👍🏾

A+++ I highly recommend trying this newly opened Jamaican restaurant! The food is great & the service as well. Staff & owner is so nice & welcoming!

I tried the ackee & salt fish with dumplings, the chicken roti, & fried plantain but I ate the roti & plantain too quick to snap a pic 🤤

Loved eating at Bigga taste & will definitely be back! The food was delicious & you can tell they put love into their cooking.

The vibes are nice & chill, very kind people over there. will definitely be back to try out more food 😁

I've been meaning to try this food for a year now. A friend of mine kept raving about the food at Caribbean festivals. Finally got to buy the jerk chicken plate...WOW. The chicken is cooked to perfection & the spice hits just right. Can't wait to try the jerk pork next time.
