Came in with a group of five on July 14 after the France-Spain game. The restaurant was only about 20% full, but we were seated directly in front of a speaker with extremely loud music.

We politely asked if we could move to the upstairs deck or another quieter area away from the speaker. Instead of accommodating the request, the waitress told us to'deal with it' & that'this is a bar'.

We eventually suggested an alcove on the main floor ourselves. Having moved, we were met with several dirty looks from the same waitress who appeared very'busy' sitting at the bar, socializing with other staff. After waiting about 15 minutes & making several unsuccessful attempts to get service, we decided to leave & go across the street to Le Billy instead, where we had a great time.

Not the same service it used to be. The waitress we had today simply didn't want to work there. Not just bad service but straight up rude to customers since the moment we arrived. She was'too tired' to take our orders when we were ready & made so many rude comments throughout the evening. I am a long time Benelux customer & love to support local businesses but will never go back for this type of service. Will not recommend to anyone. Go to any other places on wellington & you will get better service.

The waitress was extremely rude & disrespectful to my family & my in laws. As we were waiting for confirmation that a particular table was free, she looked at us, annoyed, & said'what's your problem?'. Later, my wife kindly tried to catch her attention to ask for something, as well as my father in law a few minutes later. When she came, she immediately lambasted us, saying'no need to call me 4 times, I saw you'. Finally, after waiting 25 minutes for a single pretzel, we kindly asked if it had been forgotten. She got mad & said'guys I told you we're in a rush. It's ready when I say it's ready'. My family is as polite as it gets, this was completely out of place. I gave a 0$ tip & I will never come back.

Good food, good beer, what else to ask? I particularly enjoy the outdoors patio, especially during the FIFA cup - its more quiet outside

We came inside to watch the Portugal World cup game, we all ordered food & drinks. They didn't bring any water so we asked, a very rude waitress told us'there's water outside in a cooler, go get it' so I had to go outside in the rain to get 4 glasses of water. Horrible service.

Un de mes endroits préférés pas si loin de la maison! La bière est bonne, l'ambiance est génial, la terrasse est magique. Le service est so-so. Ça depend des jours & qui travaille. On a attendu presque 15-20 minutes pour se faire prendre notre commande la dernière fois. Ce n'est pas inhabituel. Ça fait partie du charme de l'endroit.
