Firstly the atmosphere here is horrible. Everyone is yelling cause it's too loud & chaotic. This restaurant has zero class. Very dirty floors with food on the floors which no one cleans up. Especially the staff who have no decor. I took my family of 6 there for Easter Saturday brunch & I left with a headache & physically from the food. I had extreme diarrhea & stomach pains all day after eating there. The bill was around 165$ but the waitress who insisted on speaking French to us, also demanded her tip & gave me 3 choices 15% or more. She was very rude & unprofessional. I asked if I can tip an amount I chose & she didn't answer so I gave 15%. Bill total around 190$. The food looks good but is a copy cat of another restaurant. They're not unique. It was a horrible experience for me but I tried to hide my thought from my family. They seem very racist & language racist also. Like they treated French quebecois customers better than others. Business seems to be doing good now but I'm sure they'll die off in the near future if they continue treating customers like trash. The waitress was openly annoyed if we asked for anything like napkins or syrup. The food they serve looks nothing like the menu also. I ordered fruits on pancake style but got French toast with fruits. It's not the same. Again the food made me very sick. It's affordable & seems good but it isn't. Lastly, offer a bilingual menu. This is food not politics.

We go there regularly with my parents & my 2 young kiddos. No matter how busy they are, the staff is always professional, kind, patient, efficient & wears a smile. The food never disappoints - it is always soooooo delicious. My dad is vegetarian & they have plenty of options for him. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food we get. This is definitely our favorite brunch place with the most amazing staff.
Service hyper rapide & chaleureux même dans les temps de rush. La nourriture est bonne & les assiettes bien remplies pour le prix. On en a clairement pour son argent !! Je recommande sans hésiter 😊

On a dû attendre pour s'asseoir.. mais service très rapide. environ 5-10 min entre le temps de commander & de recevoir nos assiettes.
Nourriture très bonne.
Très déçue par le service lors de notre visite. Dès l'arrivée, trois familles ont été prises en charge en même temps pour l'attribution des tables, au lieu d'une à la fois, ce qui a créé de la confusion dès le départ.
Une fois assis, il manquait des éléments sur la table &, malgré nos demandes, nous ne les avons jamais reçus. La serveuse ne nous a pas remis de menus & nous a servi du café sans même nous demander si nous en voulions.
Le plus frustrant reste l'attente : nous avons attendu environ une heure avant de recevoir nos assiettes, alors que les autres clients pris en charge en même temps que nous ont eu le temps de manger & de quitter le restaurant avant même que nous ayons reçu nos assiettes.
Une expérience très décevante du côté du service, surtout pour un établissement réputé.

& surtout, c'est propre propre propre.Ce n'est pas rare de
voir les serveuses nettoyé les lampes, bord de fenêtre & toilettes.
Vraiment ça sort de l'ordinaire & non je ne suis pas un membre de la famille, je suis seulement un client satisfait.

Première fois la bas & franchement très surpris tout est très bon, l'accueil est gentil & leurs oeufs bénédictine sont vraiment très bon. J'ai pris le hawaïen & le mélange oeufs + ananas grillé est vraiment bon.
