La carte propose une belle variété de plats, allant des classiques bien exécutés aux créations originales, tous préparés avec soin. Lors de mon déjeuner, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité des ingrédients & l'équilibre des saveurs. Le service au Ben & Florentine est à la hauteur, avec un personnel attentif & discret, contribuant à une atmosphère détendue & conviviale. Ce fut l'endroit parfait pour une discussion d'affaires sans pression, dans un cadre à la fois professionnel & chaleureux. Un endroit où l'on revient avec plaisir !
