Normalement, c'est un lieu où le service est agréable. J'ai l'habitude de venir le vendredi matin & le service y est impeccable. Cependant, aujourd'hui, mardi 20 avril 2024, j'ai reçu le pire service possible de la part de "Roxy". À mon arrivée à 6h30, alors qu'il n'y avait que deux autres clients à l'intérieur, elle est restée à sa caisse enregistreuse sans me regarder ni m'indiquer que je pouvais prendre place. Après avoir précisé que nous étions pressés, j'ai passé toute la commande en attendant l'arrivée de la deuxième personne, incluant un café à emporter. À l'arrivée de cette dernière, elle a posé de nouveau la question : « Que souhaitez-vous boire ce matin ? ». Finalement, c'est à environ 7h05 que nous avons reçu notre commande. J'ai dû prendre cela pour emporter & manger sur la route. Pour une raison inconnue, elle offrait un bon service aux autres clients, principalement des entrepreneurs en construction. De mon côté, pour un déjeuner d'affaires, j'ai été mis de côté avec le sentiment de ne pas être à ma place. En conséquence, je déplacerai toutes mes rencontres d'affaires vers une autre localisation. Dommage pour la personne travaillant le vendredi, le service est excellent.
