The food tastes good.
The service needs further attention & more courtesy when we are not familiar with the menu, without selling us additional portions that are already included with the meal.
La nourriture est bonne.
Le service demande plus d'attention & de courtoisie lorsque nous ne connaissons pas le menu, sans nous vendre des portions supplémentaires qui sont déjà incluses dans le repas.

Ce matin nous avons eu un super service. Notre serveur avenant, à l'écoute, poli & hyper efficace. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins. J'ai même vu un employé aller ouvrir la porte à une personne âgée avec un déambulateur. Ça m'a fait du bien de voir qu'il existe encore du bon service & celui de ce matin dépassait largement le strict minimum offert ailleurs. Merci à toute l'équipe!

C'est notre endroit préféré pour les petits-déjeuners & les brunchs ! La nourriture est toujours excellente, l'ambiance chaleureuse & l'équipe au top. Le service est rapide & attentionné, même quand le restaurant est bien rempli. J'apprécie particulièrement le fait que le personnel passe régulièrement offrir du café & du thé.
Un gros merci à Denis, le gérant, qui est toujours souriant & professionnel. On sent qu'il dirige son équipe avec efficacité & bonne humeur, ce qui se reflète dans l'excellent service. C'est un plaisir de venir ici à chaque fois pour un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
PS : Bravo à Ben & Florentine d'avoir collaboré avec les sauces piquantes Firebarns, deux entreprises fièrement québécoises

We all know how expensive breakfast got ! I personally love it & to find a good restaurant at a decent price, is VERY rare ! That being said... Eat here ! You get your money's worth, the food might not be natural/biological, but where is it? Lol (this is the price you get to eat at a restaurant these days) but for me, most of all... You get GREAT service (from the moment you are seated to the waiter & everyone in between making sure you are comfortable & have enough coffee to finish your food) & VERY clean ambiance. I mean, they are not shy to clean the tables, the chairs & the windows with clean towels. Unlike MOST restaurants these days. Being clean is such a big focus, that I enjoy sitting down at a table knowing that they took care of my place prior to being seated. GREAT JOB to the resto team... You guys rock !

Breakfast potatoes double fried, breakfast plate had small eggs for the price 1 sausage thin slice of ham & 3 slices of bacon that was dry & greasy, pretty expensive for what I had. My daughter had a dessert breakfast.

The potatoes are really good. I would come back just for that. The service was nice & the atmosphere was pleasant.

Was my first time having breakfast at this place. My husband & I were seated next to the kitchen area. The atmosphere wasn't great. Our server wasn't friendly & was slow to take our order. She looked tired. We observed her talking to visitors at one point, not paying attention to customers. I asked for syrup for my french toast & she brought me a small amount. Afterwards on the bill I discovered I was charged $2.50 extra. At the prices being charged for the plate, syrup should be free. The server never advised me that there would be an extra charge. She then told me it was because it was maple syrup & not table syrup. Again, she could have asked me which one I wanted beforehand instead of assuming. Would not return to this restaurant.

I was a regular at this location for a while now, love the serving & greeting staff & know them by name. few weeks ago, i was there on a weekend which is the usual & ordered my usual waffle with nutella instead of english cream, the new waitress came back to advice me that I will be charged $1.50 for the change. I was taken by surprise as they never told me that nor was I charged (it's the principle not how much). I asked to speak to the manager (I believe his name is Michael), who was rude & arrogant. Michael pretended not to recognize me as he served around our section several times (its funny for a manager not to be perceptive eah) then he went on to saying oh the girl that served you & didn't charge is no longer here WOW, really!!! He was dismissive, lacked customer service etiquette & empathy, my mistake was that I should've walked out with the order hanging on his head, but I am respectful of the rest of the staff that had to prepare & serve me my breakfast. I never went back & will not. I wonder how people like him get promoted while the others if you ask me more qualified with their level of customer service.
