L'ambiance était bien & aussi par le fait que nous étions en bonne compagnie.
Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, j'ai pris une casserole déjeuner avec viande & malheureusement s'était beaucoup trop riche en gras saturé.
Ma conjointe a apprécié son repas duo super aliment.

Le goût très bon. Par contre a comparé de différents B&F nos assiettes étaient presque vides. Une crêpe petite comme soucoupe à thé. Tandis qu'ailleurs elle est aussi grosse que l'assiette. Ma toast mascarponne & fraises . Je crois qu'ils étaient en manque de fraises si j'ai eu 5 mini fraise dessus c'est beau. Tandis qu'ailleurs ça déborde de fraise. Alors on repasseras pour la générosité . On préfère aller a st-Basile le grand ou a Laprairie . Dommage car j'adorais savoir que j'ai un B&F près de chez moi. Mais bon . En espérant une amélioration pour pouvoir retourner manger chez vous.

Dans les trois dernières semaines, j'y suis allé pour deux raisons très différentes. Une fois avec une amie pour un déjeuner de remerciements & une fois avec mes parents & mon frère, un dimanche (toujours très achalandé, les dimanches, dans les restos de brunch!), juste pour le plaisir d'être ensemble. Les deux fois, non seulement la nourriture était délicieuse, mais les serveuses étaient d'une gentillesse & d'une serviabilité formidables. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander ce restaurant à tout le monde.

We had the pleasure of dining at Ben & Florentine in Candiac, QC & it was an unforgettable experience! The standout dish was undoubtedly the French toast - it was hands-down the best I've ever tasted.
But what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service. Our waitress Josianne went above & beyond to ensure our group felt welcome & well taken care of. The staff were all incredibly friendly & attentive, making us feel like valued guests.
The warm & inviting atmosphere only added to our enjoyment. We can't wait to return & indulge in more of their delicious offerings!
Highly recommend Ben & Florentine for any occasion - you won't be disappointed!

We had an amazing breakfast experience here as a group of six! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, & incredibly accommodating for a larger group. The service was fast, & the food came out hot & fresh for everyone at the table.
Every dish was delicious from the classic eggs & bacon to the fluffy pancakes & perfectly brewed coffee. Portion sizes were generous, & the presentation was great. You can tell they care about quality.
It's not always easy to find a place that handles a group efficiently while still delivering excellent food & service, but this restaurant nailed it. We'll definitely be coming back!

Good location with plenty of parking. Lots of choices for breakfast. Classy food. I was disappointed that the waitress insisted on using English when I asked to speak French. I thought an American working on his French would be supported here in Quebec.

Food was good but service was subpar.
Went on a Thursday morning & the restaurant was fairly empty. The waitress served us our food & then stood behind the counter for the rest of the time chatting & eating with the hostess. No one came to ask us if we wanted a coffee refill or if we needed anything else. Considering how empty the place was there was no excuse for this.

Service en cuisine très long minimum 45 min après avoir commandé, assiettes complètement médiocre nous avons commandé deux assiette de toast au avocat avec oeuf. Ma fille de 8 ans aurais pu faire l'assiette de meilleur qualité ! En plus du prix 60$ pour deux assiette & un café glacé! Je ne recommande pas dutout cette endroit.j'ai jeté mon argent au poubelles

Belle décoration, bonne bouffe mais mon dieu que les hôtesses ont les deux doigts dans le nez! Plusieurs tables libres mais on les regarde pendant 15 minutes au moins avant de pouvoir s'y asseoir... j'aurais aimé donner au moins 4 étoiles mais pour le manque de compétence à l'accueil, je me sens généreuse avec mes 2 étoiles! Soyez prêts à attendre longtemps avant d'avoir une place assise même s'il y en a plusieurs de disponibles! Pour nous, malgré que nous n'étions que 4 & personne attendait avant nous, ça été une attente de 18 minutes avant de s'asseoir à la table vide qu'on regardait depuis le début!! & c'est la serveuse qui a du s'en occuper en plus!! Bravo les hôtesses 👍
