I love coming to this location. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, & I have never been disappointed with anything that I have ordered. I highly recommend the Florentine Benedict & the Crispy French Toast combo. For a healthier option, try the'Green Duo' (see picture).

Plat froid. Patates semblent avoir été réchauffées avant le service, ne semblent pas fraîchement frites. Restaurant vide aucune ambiance. Manque de fruits... uun seul quartier d'orange sec servi. Le propriétaire veut soit économiser sur les frais de chauffage ou économiser sur la réparation de celui-ci. Manger avec son manteau d'hiver sur le dos, c'est très moyen comme expérience.

La bouffe est bonne mais le service & la cuisine est fait par des personnes sans expérience alors très long (20 à 30 minutes) d'être servi pour un desjeuner très simple de 2 oeufs Bacon & saucisse. Je crois que les propriétaires sont nouveau aussi dans la restauration.

The food is amazing, but good god the environment is depressing. Every time I've come, there's been very audible fighting & arguing from the kitchen. At first it was the manager yelling at everyone. The second time, kitchen staff were yelling back & forth at each other about how unpleasant they find one another & how they hate opening with the other. It seems as a workplace, this place should be avoided! But again, food is great.

Très belle place pas trop bruitante . Difficile à avoir une réservation par téléphone . Ils ne retournent pas leur appel , donc assurez vous de parler à une personne pour réserver.

L'accueil fut aimable cependant la table qui nous fut attribué à une demi-banquette. Mais cette table bougeait beaucoup trop & la table à côté également. Aucun employé ne l'avais remarqué. Pourtant la serveuse est venue nous servir du café. La tasse de café coulait. J'ai dû par moi-même inter-verser les tables afin de pouvoir régler la situation :-/ Ma femme a demandé le menu complet des boissons à la serveuse. Elle nous répondu: Qu'il n'en avait pas d'autres que celui dû menu principal. J'ai dû me lever & aller, voir par moi-même à l'accueil afin de trouver le menu des boissons. Alors que nous avions mentionné à la serveuse que c'était notre première visite chez l'entreprise Ben & Florentine. Pourtant par la suite elle fut capable de nous trouver un menu des boissons en version française. :-( La nourriture tant ta elle était délicieuse. Cependant l'expérience client laisse grandement à désirer. Nous sommes incertains de vouloir y retourner.

I have always seen the restaurant & heard their commercials on the radio & seen them on television but have never tried it. One day I stumbled upon a photo on Instagram that made me want to try their healthy options. The place is always packed, you can call before to make sure there is a place because I don't think they take reservations. The plates are VERY affordable & fill you up. I have tried the Duo-Santé option & the smoothie bowl is absolutely delicious. Just wished the portion was a little bit bigger for the cheese & the smoothie. I have also tried their Combo crêpe pommes & it was truly delicious as well, just felt like the eggs might've been old. The service is quick & the waiters are very helpful. They also offer almond milk & soy milk if you would like that with your coffee.

La cuisine est ordinaire comparé aux autres restaurants de cette chaîne. Le service par contre est impeccable & l'ambiance relax, pas trop achalandé donc moins bruyant. La section a droite avec ses chaises & tables blanches devrait être refait au niveau confort, la climatisation laisse aussi à désirer.

Vraiment déçu du service. Nous avions du se lever deux fois pour demander pour du café. Le serveur a pris la commande mais a disparu par la suite. Nous comprenons qu'il peut avoir des delais pour les assiettes, mais cela n'excuse pas le fait qu'il n'est pas passé une seule fois pour nous servir du café ou du moins nous le dire que cela prendra du temps. On ne reviendra plus.

Good food, understaffed, not prepared for a full house on a Saturday morning, service included *no smile* & coffee was thrown at us almost spilling as the waitress rushed away to clean tables.
