Ordered the Halloumi & Boeuf/Beef Bei Pita Wraps & French Fries - as part of a customary'Trio', a soda can drink came along with the meal. The Wraps had good Halloumi Cheese, veggies, chunks of shaved rotisserie Beef, & sauces - all assembled in deli style. The Fries were deliciously seasoned & crisp! The meal was entirely affordable, setting us back by approx. CAD 30, including taxes & tips. Seating is limited downstairs but additional tables are located upstairs - clean place, only minor wrinkle being non-use of gloves by a friendly person behind the assembly line as he handled veggies - soon redressed cheerfully upon request.
My wife went to have dinner for the first time at this restaurant, I've been convincing that Lebanese food is the best & Lebanese people are very welcoming, but her first impression was a disappointment, the cashier wasn't paying attention to what she's ordering & missed ordering the fries with the order, & was playing with her phone during taking my wife's order, I know Lebanese people are amazing I love them & I love their culture, their food is my favourite also, but tonight's experience did t reflect that at all..honestly I'm very disappointed & wouldn't recommend anyone to this restaurant to get that kind of service.
Food is really good especially the chicken saj its like a wrap. The wrap is crispy super juicy i wish there was more chicken but besides that love it!
But the guy'Mo' is not that friendly to his co-workers if they make a mistake like one girl forgot to charge me for shawarma he blew up on her saying how could you forget that in a very toxic way. I felt bad for the girl i hope shes okey🫶🏻
Food was really good. The place was clean, & the ingredients looked fresh. It felt like an authentic Lebanese shawarma spot with the classic pickles, fries, chicken, & garlic sauce.
I ordered the pita sandwich for $11. It was a good size, & the chicken was ok but nothing special on the marination/ chicken spices.. The garlic sauce is a personal preference, but for me it was a bit too garlicky & overpowered the chicken flavour. Pita bread was fresh.
Overall, a good spot & worth trying. A smile from the people behind the counter would make a big difference by the way! 😉😁
The saj is life-changing! Make sure to get extra halloumi, it's so, so good! The lemonade is also 10/10.
Friendly staff, nice space & plenty of seats to choose from :)
The only negative is that the space could've been a little cleaner… on both times I was there, I had to wipe down the table I sat at.
I was simply wandering around Montreal thinking about life when I saw the little signage they put outside. I walked past at first & then my little ear told me to come back. I am glad I did.
Fries were crispy & delicious but it seems like the potatoes could be even better. Sorry, no pictures of the shawarma, it is resting peacefully in my belly as I write this :)
Insane food & restaurants, the customer service & the employees are really really kind & friendly, one of the best shawarma I've ate !
The shawarma chicken wrap was so good, ask for extra crispy is even better. Needed a bit more sauce in the middle but was very tasty. The French fries were so crispy & tasty!
Good food (especially the halloumi fries), but service could be better. Very very slow
