We always have a great time when we go to Baton Rouge. The food is great, good amount of vegetarian options and our waitress was lovely! Thank you Eva for a lovely evening!

We ordered 3 hamburgers for me and the kids. All well done. All of them were burned. Did not enjoy eating burned hamburgers.
It was the 1st time we try Baton Rouge in this area; we were seated almost instantly on a Sunday night. The waitress brought us water and came back a bit later to take our order. My wife had the Goat Cheese Sirloin (excellent) and I took the Crab Cake Sirloin (the meat was great but the crab cake was very oily). We had asked that both dishes were to be well cooked and we got what we asked for. The service was slow: it took around at least 30 minutes to get our dishes. Also, the waitress in our area was overwhelmed with work she was even serving on the bar at the same time while 2 others were just walking around. Overall very good food but service is ok.
Baton Rouge would not disappoint, food is always great quality.

I have been to the Baton Rouge in a few locations and a number of times. The ribs are always great, however the coleslaw leaves much to be desired. This fact was brought to my attention by someone else who has been to the Baton Rouge and until it was mentioned I did not think much was wrong. But thinking back, I have never eaten all the coleslaw at e Baton Rouge. Consideration should be given to providing a vinegar based coleslaw as opuposed to the relatively tasteless creamy coleslaw that is served. Also the cabbage should be shredded as opposed to appearing to have been put through a meat grinder. It should also be served chilled as opposed to warm as I has been served to me on a couple of occasions.
A tastier coleslaw would be an excellent addition to a great rib experience.
This restaurant is soooooooooooooo overrated the only thing that I like were the fries . I went with my bf for his bday and I wanted a nice romantic place to eat ,I have to give them credit its a really charming place but BEWARE the food is so normal and the prices are so ridiculous . I didn't like my chicken dish so I asked the guy if I could have some boiled vegetables he came back 15m later with a big boiled broccoli head seriously like what the hell ?? Me and my bf still laugh about the brocoli which BTW I paid 5$ for it . Im never going back there next time I will bring my bf to mcdonald

Fantastic! No one makes them as good as they do,except when I make them in my slow cooker...AMAZING!
To change it up, I started to order the chicken tenders with fries.
I find they dont make them like they used to, they are more greasy and dont taste the same so I went back to the ribs LOL.
Nice place to go with a group, great service, nice atmosphere and finally...the delicious fries, with lots of MAYO. LOL
The best ribs in all of Montreal! All the dishes here are generous portions, but it is best to stick to tried and true choices. These include the ribs, the chicken tenders, the salmon and all of the salads.
If you eat at the bar you can get a steak/frites for half price. It is a pricey place, but well worth it.
Watch out; this place is very loud, not ideal for a romantic conversation.
Also, at this particular branch, you need to watch out for throngs of people on the week-ends and holidays.
I have been here a handful of times with anywhere from a group of 3-8 people. I think the ambiance is nice and the food is reasonably priced for what you get. On one occasion my fiance ordered a steak and it was way too salty, so he asked for a new one. The waiter kept insisting that they don't put any seasoning on the meat (my friend and I each tried a piece- It was salty). My friend is the one who demanded to speak to the manager, and finally after some arguing they gave him a new one. Their excuse is that they salt the fries (it was on the same plate) and that some must have went on the steak- What, like 1/3 of a shaker? Seriously. I had a steak salad and asked for the steak medium-rare and it was way well-done but I didn't complain for the few small pieces they served atop. The last time we went they had some sort of autumn festival promotion and we ordered it; the steak with roasted beets/goat cheese was relatively flavourless but the butternut squash soup (with either pear or apple in it too) was delicious and the slightly spicy cornbread with honey butter was amazing. Generally I would go there again, as I already have because though the customer service is not too great the food is worth that.
I had better restaurant food than this place, and for a cheaper price, I had the rib steak and to be honest it was good at best, nothing great and quite over priced for the portion they displayed on their menu, overall its an ok place to be if you want to impress a date.

La nourriture est bonne, rien d'extraordinaire, nous avons commandé les cotes qui étaient en promotion et elles étaient superbes.
Aussi, nous avons commandé une poitrine de poulet, bien ordinaire.
Nous avons été servis part une serveuse en formation et elle a oublié nos verres de bière.
Je suis allée manger à ce resto hier soir, nous étions quatre personnes. Nous étions au bar pour commencer la soirée parce que notre réservation était seulement à 20hrs. Le service au bar était très bien, merci à Gabrielle pour sa bonne humeur contagieuse.
Enfin, à 20h30 nous avons eu notre table et l'homme à la réception était peu sympathique. Que dire de notre serveuse?? Impossible d'avoir un sourire de sa part. Oui c'était occupé et nous comprenons cela mais de là à ne pas sourire du tout. Côté nourriture tout était excellent, le filet mignon était divin. Nous avons commandé des cafés alcoolisés pour dessert et ça a pris une éternité à les avoir.
J'adore la nourriture du Bâton Rouge, le resto de Décarie est vraiment très beau mais côté service et attitude avec les clients il y a une énorme amélioration à faire
La décoration et la disposition à l'intérieur du restaurant était habilement réfléchie, on a pu être dans une ambiance intime (lumière, confort...). Les portions sont généreuses donc le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment bon.
À conseiller à tous ceux qui aiment les côtes levées sans hésitation.
Toujours bon a ce resto.
pas de la grande cuisine mais les ribs sont toujours bons et le service toujours a la hauteur.
Au moins 10 visites a ce resto puisque le boulot est pas loin pour moi.
