We just today for the first time as a family of 3 & had a very mixed experience that looks like it's very inline with other reviews.

Pros:
Food was excellent for the most part. The steak I had was perfect & my son's chicken had a really nice breading. My wife's lobster roll was served cold. She was hoping for a hot one so it would have been nice to have that indicated on the menu or she would have gotten something else.

They had some interesting cocktails on the menu & we liked ours.

Most of the staff we had were bilingual.

The look & atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice.

Cons:
Staff were not-friendly or welcoming AT ALL. The waiter who sat us didn't welcome us & seemed very bothered that we had walked in & that he had to deal with us & our reservation. The waitress who brought us our drinks looked literally afraid of us & our main waitress was a lot like the waiter, clearly seemed bothered to be dealing with us. Not very friendly & also at one point was just like'what do you want?' when she came to take our order. Not polite.

We also had to ask twice for my son's Coke that didn't arrive with our drinks. My side order of shrimp & scallops was forgotten so that took extra time after the rest of our food had arrived. No apologies were made for either. In general, it took a while for our any of our orders to come & it was not busy at all in there. I will say the 4th person who came to our table who's job just seemed to be to deal with credit cards was pleasant but that was the shortest exchange.

Also, the look on one of the stalls in the men's bathroom was broken so that was a small issue.

Overall, not a very welcoming experience given the prices they charge. There are other places in Sherbrooke in that price range that treat their customers much better.

Un peu bizarre que ma tranche de rôti de boeuf est été recuite sur le grill. La cuisson n'était plus médium saignant comme proposée.
