Huge portion of fries! But… 4 tiny drab little pieces of flavourless chicken filet. Atmosphere appears clean, but upon looking closer at things possibly due for a revamp (carpets worn out & grimey, bases of ceramic tile with a lot of dirty mop residue, & the washroom sinks sheeesh). I do have to say the mediocre-cherry on top was this: lunch menu includes a soup & a tea/coffee between 11am-4pm. Turns out we asked for our tea after 4pm, so'the manager said it's no longer included & we have to be charged'. Here's a piece of constructive criticism, & don't be bothered by opinion because I haven't been here in years & definitely won't be returning any time soon. But maybe try & be more forward thinking for the regular customer base you still have? People are spending their hard earned money here (on food that literally tastes the same when store bought from the frozen aisle at IGA) & you're gunna charge them for a 25 cent tea bag & some warm water because it's 22 minutes after 4pm? Think about how to keep your customers happy & coming back, not how to win a dispute over pennies & technicalities. ✌?
Also, now that I think of it I'm probably just disappointed because I didn't take the ribs, the ribs at Baton Rouge are the best. My bad

Nous étions quatre : deux ont pris les côtes levées avec queue de homard , une autre le filet mignon & une autre la côte de boeuf. Quatre plats exquis. Cuisson parfaite. Un délice & très bon service.
Un accueil souriant, la demoiselle nous dit que nous devons quitter apres 2hrs... pas de problème nous sommes avec un enfant... j'ai pris un hamburger Bâton-Rouge honnêtement pour le prix très très ordinaire les entrées que nous avons pris était excellente chou-fleur grillé, & j'oublie les autres. Malheureusement je ne me souviens plus du serveur que nous avons eu mets un service de 1re classe..
BOFFFF quand un steak house est pas capable de te faire une cuisson ( chicago / saignant ) soupé du 31 mai fete , allez prendre un cours de cuisson chez boeuf cochon a rosemere peut etre in vont vous apprendre aux prix du steak aux restaurant on veux la vrai cuisson ......

Nous étions un groupe de huit alors la réservation était nécessaire. L'accueil, le service, l'ambiance & le repas était parfait. Nos repas avaient tous l'air bon. Service rapide. Voilà. Ça été une belle soirée. Je recommande.
Baton Rouge has been my go to for at least 20 years..now living in Boisbriand,i visit this location often..since there are alot of wannabies at the Faubourg ( baltazar,Vertigo to name but a few) i would say that BR is the best of the lot.Food is always served hot,service is top notch & what you see is what you get.
Of course now that their products are available in supermarkets,i wonder if the food is made to order or they use the same products sold in the markets..( which are very good i might add)
Only two bad comments:
1- Ribs are smaller then before not as large as the old baby backs in the day & to much sauce on them.( like in the supermarket ones)
2-Had the new banana cream pie..not a hit..server said it was freshly made..it was served still frozen,not creamy at all & had no banana taste..sorry
Of course i will go back it's always better then the other wannabies..
Le burger au poulet à 22$ valait 1/5. Rien dans ce burger poulet croustillant, même pas de croustillant! 2 petits pains aux oeufs, un semblant de morceau de poulet, beaucoup de salade de choux dans ce burger avec 2 tranches de salade gelée donc foncées avec le look gélatineux. Dans cette assiette rien d'autre que des frites! Même pas à dill pickle ou une tomate décorative. Rien! Si vous voulez manger un burger poulet ou avec boeuf haché, pour la moitié du prix, il y a A&W. Ou pour avoir l'abondance & du goût, aller chez DUNN'S.
C'était en semaine à 12h30.

Pour le 65e anniversaire de mon beau père nous avons passer une super belle soirée le service rapide & notre serveuse Anna !!!! Wow une vraiiiiiiii perle rare en frais de service à la clientèle !!! Le sourire le service une vraiis de vraiiis serveuse extraordinaire !!! Un énorme mercii pour cette belle expérience 😁😁😁
