Went in with some coworkers for a few drinks after work & 260$ later I found out that they don't serve chicken wings or nachos, we had to content ourselves with a spinach dip that was ok !! & the best steak tartare I have had in a very long time, I find that BR could consider putting finger foods on their menu,the actual menu lacked it ..Voir plus
We arrived there for lunch & the restaurant had only few tables...we waited more than 5 minutes before someone comes , the waiter was busy fixing her hair at the bar...

Cesar ($9) was dry & no dressing & lots of fishy taste from anchovies. I didn't eat it told the waiter about it. He took it away & I was still charged. The calamar app. 8 pieces for 22 (2.75 a small ring)! Waiter agreed & said he'll bring more & never did. (The menu photo had 30+ pieces btw). Pasta was ok for fast food resto had seafood pasta too much sauce but it's a chain & steakhouse so understood. I emailed them Saturday but never got a response yet. Makes sense the resto was empty. Potato soup no longer on menu. Reviews said it was the best thing there. Photos are menu photo of calamar & actual (8 pieces). Spent $350 4 people had wine & drinks as well. The steak board apparently was good my friends had it. Veggies were tasty. Waiter has been with BR for 25+ years was nice just thought he'd comp the salad that wasn't eaten, but didn't. Champignons cramés, steak mal cuit, j'y était allé il y a quelques mois & même chose avec le steak. On a compris le message, on va aller ailleur. Clairement, ils ont changé de staff dans la cuisine depuis 1 an & ce n'est plus bon comme avant.Voir plus
First visit to this restaurant for my son's birthday, I called at 1:45 PM Wednesday to reserve a table for four. Later, at 5:50 PM, I phoned to change the reservation by 15 minutes.
When we arrived, the hostess told us they had no record of our reservation.
I informed the same hostess & her colleague about the cake we brought, asking them to bring it out after dinner. However, they forgot to notify our waiter, Patrick.
The beverages took over 10 minutes to arrive, which was too long, given the fact that the restaurant was not full.
For such a special occasion, I expected better service, we ended up taking the cake home to party in style.Voir plus
Don't get the spinach dip. It's oily, barely any spinach. The taste is basically melted oily cheese. Veggies on the plate are sad. Frozen string beans a few carrots. Steak was ok. Fries remind me of fresh McD's just taken out of the fryer.. But then as they get colder.. cardboard dry kind of feel. You guys eat them fast when they are hot, then it's game over.Voir plus

La trempête aux épinard qui est excréments bonne habituellement était comme une pâte de colle fait à la farine.
Quand enfin on nous a servi les plats principale plus qu'une heure après on a dû attendre environ 5 minute avant de revoir la serveuse pour dire qu'On avait pas d ustensiles.
Les repas étaient déjà froid.
Mon fils (ado) a attendu environ 15 minute après nos plat pour des maf end cheese. Qu'il à laissé sur la table,je pense qu'ils ont oublié de mettre le fromage .
On aurait sorti plus heureux chez mcdo sûrement.

Étant un fan de Bâton Rouge, je recommande ce restaurant sans hésiter. La seule chose qui fait que je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles, c'est que souvent les frites ne sont pas assez cuites. Mais, en le mentionnant, ils nous les remplacent sans hésiter. Je crois que prendre un petit peu plus de temps pour les faire cuire plus serait parfait.

Well believe it of not but the small portion of fried calamari you get is 19$. This is ridiculous for the amount you get. Also none of the food was remarkable in any way. My friend had the potato soup & liked it but nothing beyond that. I had the Baton Rouge burger & i was really just okay. The fries were definitely good. However any restaurant with a 20-25$ burger will give you something more tasteful to eat. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant & won't go again. Prices are just too high for what you get unfortunately. I wouldn't mind paying half the price for the quality you get, but full price is just not a good deal for what you can get elsewhere. Service was fine even though they were clearly understaffed for a Friday night.Voir plus

Pour vrai, on y va au moins 3X par année & nous sommes toujours ultra satisfaits. Évidemment, on mange toujours la même chose: les côtes levées. C'est notre destination préférée pour ce plat & croyez-moi, on en a essayé plusieurs. Rien n'égale les ribs du Bâton Rouge. L'ambiance & le service sont toujours fantastique & on s'y régal à chaque fois.Voir plus
