Quelle expérience formidable que de découvrir ce restaurant sur l'île des Soeurs ! La cuisine y est délicieuse : un calzone copieux & bien préparé est un excellent choix, mais si vous souhaitez régaler vos papilles, la carbonara préparée par le chef chilien - dont j'ignore malheureusement le nom - est un véritable délice ! Le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse, paisible & familiale, avec l'excellent service d'Aranza qui vous met en confiance & vous fait vous sentir valorisé. Je le recommande vivement.

We came with no reservation last Friday just to see how it is & they found us a seat in between other reservations!

We only had about 1.5hr but it was more than enough as the food came so fast & the waitresses were super prompt in everything.

Aranza's recommendations were all good - we had carbonara pasta (the sauce is real diff) & Rustica pizza, with a nice fruity cocktail & beer. She was also very kind & sweet to us.

La portion semblait petite vu la grosseur de l'assiette, mais c'était parfait ! Attente longue , déception pour avoir une bouteille d'eau minérale mais une de mes meilleures pâtes carbonara dans la région de Montreal ! La vraie recette italienne , sans sauce à la crème ! Tellement bon !!!

The absolute best Carbonara outside of Rome! Delicious cannoli & very friendly service. The Nutella pizza for dessert is also a great choice. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner.

This place has the most delicious food. The pizza was crispy & light, the carbonara was exquisite & the dessert was phenomenal. They had a big selection of good wines that paired well with the food. But most importantly, the owner, comes around & speaks to his customers. Basilico is a gem that you must try.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Basilico & my experience was simply amazing. The service was unparalleled & our waitress was extremely knowledgeable, helping us pick the perfect wine to pair with our meal. However, the pasta carbonara was EQUISITE! The sauce was rich yet silky & packed with bright flavors that blended beautifully into the most-perfectly cooked pasta I have ever experienced on this side of the Atlantic. I urge you to have your next meal at Basilico. You will love it.
