What a gem!!!! This place was amazing & the food & cocktails were incredible. A definite must go when in Montreal! Thank you!!!!
The service was very slow I had to ask the waitress many times to take my order. I arrived 15 later but I advised I called & let you know. But then after it took 44 min to take the order. & requested to 3 different people. At the end at dessert one of the waiters of rushing us. I'm a client I take my friends there but honestly after this situation I'm hesitating in coming back
Really glad we came. Super friendly staff. I had a hard time choosing a drink. There were so many I would have liked to try. Food was delicious. I took the octopus tapas & the barranco ceviche. Prices are reasonable. Finding parking took a bit longer. We will definitely be back!
Loved the restaurant except the fact that I paid 10$ for sparkling water without being told
The ceviche was truly outstanding but the lomo saltado was lacking tradional flavour, & the ‘chimichurri' (made of mint instead of the traditional parsley) was not great on the tacos.
The food & atmosphere was amazing. Food & drink presentation was excellent (I was particularly impressed with the octopus tapas) & everything tasted great. Drinks & food came out a little slowly but it looked like that staff was setting up for the dinner rush so it wasn't an issue for us.
The woman who brought out our food was very kind & friendly (not our watress). However, our waitress (a blonde woman who had her hair pinned back) was quite rude & curt. Consistently through ordering, she was abrupt & short with certain members of the group & she never came by to check on the group during the meal. If it was very busy, we would understand but the restaurant was not full. When one set of the group asked for take out boxes she confirmed that she would bring one but when I asked for one as well, she just looked at me & then walked away. When boxes arrived, we were one short. Normally I would think that she may have not heard me but she looked directly at me when I asked & still did not bring me a box. Also, when we were paying, we had 2 separate bills. When the first bill was paid, she thanked the guests but when I paid, she just took the machine, turned around & walked away. No thank you or bye.
The service I received from the waitress was quite disappointing because the other staff was great & we really enjoyed the drinks & food. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the great service from other staff but the waitress really affected the overall meal.
Un gros merci à Kassendra pour son service hors pair & ses bons conseils quant au menu
