We stopped in at Barcelo's on a snowy Sunday evening for dinner on our way home. It was getting late, & the roads were quiet, so we were pleasantly surprised by how warm & welcoming the restaurant felt as soon as we stepped inside. The staff greeted us right away & quickly took our order at the counter, which was especially nice after being out in the cold.
We ordered the family meal & added a poutine on the side. Despite it being late in the evening, the food came out very quickly, & there was plenty of seating available. The service throughout our visit was consistently friendly & attentive, making the experience feel relaxed & easy.
As for the food-everything was delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked with great texture & flavor, & the chicken was done to absolute perfection: tender, juicy, & well-seasoned. The accompanying salad was fresh & surprisingly flavorful, rounding out the meal nicely.
The poutine was also enjoyable, with a generous amount of cheese & a hearty portion of meat. The only thing we would have loved is just a bit more gravy, but overall it was still very satisfying.
The restaurant itself feels like a bit of a hidden gem-seemingly in the middle of nowhere since it's not located in a particularly busy area, yet it has a large parking lot & a warm, inviting interior that makes it feel comfortable & homey.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Barcelo's & were impressed by both the quality of the food & the friendliness of the staff. We definitely plan to return for a second visit.

J'ai fait affaire avec cette endroit pour la première fois . J'avais un groupe de 25 personnes , Barcelos a été à la hauteur de mes attentes, toutes mes invités on adoré le repas ! Frais , très bon goût , livrer à l'heure.

Barcelos à Chambly ! Toutes est excellents le poulet avec la sauce Piri Piri & les frites avec leur épices maison sont excellente & la poutine au poulet avec la sauce bbq & la sauce Piri Piri à part est un vrai délice allez l'essayer vous pourrez plus vous en passer bonne appétit ! 🤩

Poutine "La fameuse Barcelos" : poulet & chouriço. Absolument trop délicieux!!! 😋 Grandeur "régulier" mais portion très généreuse!!

Je suis un habitué Mon classique Poutine Poulet Barcelos Je demande moins de sel sur les frites, sauce péri-péri & finalement sauce poutine a part surtout si pour apportez. La grosse peut facilement être partagée, une tartelette ou deux s'il vous reste de la place!

Bon petit resto. Portions quand même généreuses, pour le prix. & savoureux. Staff très courtois & accueillant lors de notre visite. (Nous avons pris l'assiette Barcelos, la soupe du jour (soupe poulet/riz), & une de leurs poutines. Tous très bons! Recommandé.
