Quel excellent concept. Il est toutefois vraiment dommage qu'il soit desservi par un service à la clientèle aussi lamentable. Plus particulièrement en soirée le 12 décembre, la personne en poste a fait preuve d'un manque flagrant de savoir-vivre & d'accueil. Le ton employé & l'attitude générale donnaient l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être un client. De même, si la viande reste trop longtemps hors de son jus, elle devient sèche....

The food was cold.

The shrimp were freshly cooked & warm, the rest was cold to slightlywarm. Disappointing considering I ate on site. I've eaten at Barburrito in Toronto & it was better.

I hope the franchise grows in Montreal.
