Their food is good, don't get me wrong. But they very often make mistakes. I have ordered with them several times, & EVERY SINGLE TIME there was something wrong. It's the only burrito place near me so I have no choice but to order from them.
Today was the final straw for me, because for the third time, I have received beans in my burrito, which I'm intolerant to, even when I specified that I want none. Do they even read the instructions? I understand mistakes happen, but this is excessive. To make things worse, I have also been trying to call them to make sure that my remake won't contain beans, because they clearly don't read the order instructions, but no one answers. In the span of 45min, I have called over 10 times, still no answer. Someone answered once, waited 15 seconds without saying anything, & then hung up. This is horrible service. Please do better & answer the phone please because that is the only way we can contact you.
It was so hot at this location! I can't believe the people working there have to work in these conditions. We couldn't even stay to eat our burritos inside.
Horrible service my entire ordered is wrong I received the wrong toppings in all my burritos & my drinks are missing the driver said the store didn't give them & they had employees fighting with loud music what kind of business is this & how are they still open

La personne qui ma servi me faisait des gros yeux parce que je n'allais pas assez vite, elle a meme oublié de mettre la protéine dans le burrito(poulet croustillant) & quand je lui ai demandé de le mettre elle ma dit qu'elle a oublié & de le mettre moi-même donc j'ai du défaire mon burrito & le refaire moi-même donc j'ai du manger un burrito qui tombait en morceaux.Le service est extrêmement décevant & je ne retournerai plus à cette succursale.
I ordered a burrito from this place recently online & it was honestly really good, everything was made well I want to mention Erica since she's the one who made my burrito she was nice,patient & made sure everything was how I wanted it

I've never written a restaurant review before because I usually don't find it necessary. However, I've been coming here for almost three years because the food is truly amazing. Unfortunately, the service has consistently made me not want to return.
In the past, there were two employees who were extremely disrespectful & often argued with customers. After many complaints, they seemed to have been let go. I had hoped things would improve, but today's experience was once again disappointing.
When I went in to order four burritos, the employee rolled her eyes & said,'Oh my God.' For anyone wondering why I didn't order online, it's because this location has gotten my order wrong multiple times in the past I simply wanted to make sure my meal was done correctly.
While I was ordering, she repeatedly told me to hurry up, even when I was just trying to clarify what I wanted. I asked for avocado on all four burritos, which I was later charged for, but it was completely forgotten.
I also asked for sauce, & she used an almost empty bottle, squeezing just a little onto each burrito. When I politely asked for more, she said it was'done.' I then asked for a different sauce, but she did the same thing using an empty bottle instead of refilling it or letting me know it wasn't available.
Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite because I understand everyone can have hard days. Still, it's unacceptable that almost every time I visit, I'm met with such unpleasant customer service. It doesn't take much to be kind & to communicate clearly.
I left with four dry burritos that had almost nothing inside except beans. It's disappointing to see that instead of refilling the ingredients, they'd rather serve half-empty portions.
