The ambiance was pleasant, & while the food was average, the service left much to be desired. After paying the bill, we noticed a few items that we hadn't ordered were added. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter, his response was a curt,'Didn't you look at the bill before paying?' Unfortunately, this level of service really overshadowed the experience. Regrettably, I won't be returning
BEST pasta in Montreal, maybe anywhere. I highly recommend this place if you are in Montreal. Visited this place again as we were driving through Montreal & we sat outside. It started to downpour & everyone ran inside. There was not a spot for us, but the staff quickly made our food to go.

C'est sur que la nourriture est un peux plus cher qu'ailleurs mais si tu veux déguster du bon vin ( même du café!) & des produits de qualité ça en vaux vraiment la peine. J'ai adoré tout ce que j'ai mangé la bas spécialement la focaccia. J'y retournerai sans hésitation

Locale sito nel quartiere di st.Henri, di fronte a un parco pubblico. Ambiente aperto, degustazione,pranzo e cena di pasta,focacce italian-style. Raccomando la colazione,con un ottimo espresso e una brioches.Aperto fino a tardi,raggiungibile con metro , fermata Place st.henri,linea Orange.
One of my usual haunts, I take everyone I love there so we can share a great meal & leave satisfied! Yes the wait can be long for dinner time but I think it's extremely worth it. The food is fresh & delicious & the staff is amazing.
Nice neighbourhood hang out! Excellent service with very friendly & efficient staff! Food is not what I expected but then again I did not know it was more of a bar with a few ordinary food item on the list than a restaurant. If you are looking for a bar with a wide range of drinks, warm vibe & friendly staff, this is a good neighbourhood spot!
Magnifique bar à vin, service super chaleureux. Nous n'y avons pas mangé, mais l'explication des vins ou des cocktails était parfaite, belle dégustation.
Had an excellent pasta here, service was great, but the pasta was extremely tasty & the highlight of my visit. Ingredients were very fresh. Will come again!
Heard caccio e peppe best in town Go ahead & scratch that , more like caccio e no taste, what kind of cheese u put in there half a tea spoon of pecorino ? I know caccio pepe simple dish but this tasted like... ou shabe.. missing smtg Waitress was amazing Put pecorino, parmigian, & a pinch or soressina Ragu was good nothing to say about that La grappa e buon aswell

Le restaurant Bar bara ...est un endroit bien sympathique,où il fait bon ..prendre un apéro entre ami .....je n' ai pas tester le menu qui avait l air appétissant....mais vu la queue & le temps d attente d au moins 1 h qu il y avait pour une table ..... C est un bon signe ....!!! Je recommande
La nourriture est incroyable, je recommande le plat Cacio e pepe, par contre, mon copain, qui avait pris un plat avec de la viande, a dû manquer le travail le lendemain de notre soirée au Bar Bara car il a une indigestion. Le service est également très lent, mais nous avions été avertis. Si ce n'était pas de l'indigestion, les pâtes sont excellentes...
