This is really a great spot. Hard to find anywhere left in Montréal that you can get fed & watered until 3am. Trivia night is awesome but rife with cheaters so take it for what it's worth. Lots of great staff. Some of the best NY style pizza in Montréal.
Rare time'Best' list was right .. definitely best pizza ever had in Montreal, had a pie & extra slice of potato pizza, INCREDIBLE pie next time getting whole pie. Best crust ... people very nice & cheerful WICKED BOHEMIAN vibe. 9 outta 10

As a vegan, I walked in late on a Sunday night with zero expectations while accompanying a friend, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they had vegan marinara slices available. Even more surprising: it turned out to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had 🍕🌱
I 💗 this pizza & these people. I had the upside down (garlic bread) pizza that comes with their homemade garlic sauce & is so tomato-y & cheesey ~ fabulous 🫶🏼😍 I'm also a huge fan of their potato pizza, margherita etc
We love pizza bouquet & were expecting the same pizza, but it wasn't. It might have been over baked. The crust was dry & tasted like burned. We also found it over priced. A pitcher of beer & a pizza come to $75. It's self service & the plates are paper plates. You are not served at the table or given proper plates. The vibe was cool. Servers were nice. But I found it over priced. Or at least provide table service.
I couldn't tell if I was sitting inside or outside it was so cold in the bar. The pizza was delicious but the person taking the orders was incredibly rude & unhelpful. I will never come back here.
Bar Star Bar is quite the place. Service is unmatched, Brad the bartender is incredibly personable & easy to talk to, they have beer from four origins which was the cherry on top. The pizza is so hot & fresh & the smell is so delicious, the chef Cam is the best pizza man in town. The place is the perfect size, intimate & cozy, but lively.

La pizza est délicieuse, mais il ne faut pas aller là pour l'ambiance, ni le service. On a toujours l'air de déranger le staff, que ce soit au bar ou au comptoir pizza, particulièrement au comptoir pizza. Qu'ils engagent une personne seulement pour répondre au comptoir pizza, car là, ce sont les cuisiniers qui semblent débordés qui doivent le faire & ça les dérange dans leur travail. On se fait toujours aborder en anglais également, ce qui est selon moi problématique.
I was biking home after picking up a pepperoni pizza when I got cut off by a bad driver (& bad person) who wasn't paying attention (they hit-&-run me) & I broke my wrist :(
Three months in a cast is a steep price to pay for a pizza (the actual monetary price is very affordable), but I'll be damned if it wasn't the best pizza I've had in Montreal- what I could salvage of it, anyway.
Highly recommended! It's a bar as well, so a little too loud for me personally to want to eat in, but I'll definitely be returning soon & WALKING my pizza home.
Incredible pizza. Better than the Pizza Bouquet location honestly. The Marg & the Deluxe are both stellar. Beer is a little pricey but the atmosphere is among the best in the city.
