Nous avions réservé pour des 40 ans une table pour 8. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure & ils n'avaient aucune table pour nous. Nous avons dû attendre que des clients partent pour qu'on soit placé ce qui a pris 25 minutes. A noter que lors de la réservation on nous précise bien que la table est gardée seulement 15 min & que toute annulation de participants entraîne un frais de 50$ à chaque fois. Clairement moyen quand on est pas capable de délivrer une table à l'heure alors qu'ils ne sont pas complets. L'attitude de la personne qui prenait nos commandes était déplorable. Le pire service que j'ai pu avoir à Montréal & dans un hôtel 5* où l'on s'attend à un service à la hauteur du prix que l'on paie, ça fait mal... il Marmonnait dans son coin, désagréable & ne faisait aucun effort pour se faire entendre. On souhaite commander des sushis, on nous dit qu'ils n'ent n'ont plus, idem pour le vin blanc & la bière IPA... Bref... on se retrouve à manger 8 asperges à la vinaigrettes, la déception. Décevant encore une fois que le restaurant d'un hôtel 5* ne prévoie pas ses stocks pour un samedi soir alors que l'on rentre sur réservation... De plus les cuisines ferment à 21h15 un samedi soir... La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse, le DJ était génial! Conclusion: Grande déception du service & de la gestion des stocks par le restaurant je suis déjà allée plusieurs fois à Roselyn (bistronomie de l'hôtel) & cela a toujours été parfait! Vue magnifique toutefois mais ça ne fait pas tout. Ce n'est pas sur cette terrasse que je retournerai la prochaine fois.
I came here in 2023 & I was extremely happy with the food however when I came here in 2024, they've changed the menu for the worst. The food was underwhelming for the price that it's offered. The location is very nice but unfortunately the food quality has gone downhill it seems. We also waited a good hour before we got the food.
Je n'ai pas pu tester la terrasse de ce bar d'hotel très feutré. La carte du menu est vraiment très bien pensé, je l'ai adoré à la fois ludique & très claire. Chaque cocktail apparait sur la carte de façon chronologique en rapport au moment où il a été créé. La carte explique ensuite comment le bar s'en inspire & s'en émancipe, c'est une superbe idée. Je trouve cependant que les prix sont quand même trop élevé pour des cocktails au gout très bon mais pas exceptionnel. Je recommande l'adresse mais ce n'est pas un coup de coeur.

Meilleure tartare de boeuf que j'ai eu la chance de manger. Huîtres excellentes. Good vibe. Bon service. Très belle place décorée avec goût. Tout était parfait.

Bonne ambiance Par contre une seule option végé & il n'en restait plus pour ma soeur. Nous avons dû quitter & manger ailleurs. Service ok, pas trop d'adaptation à notre situation. Belle vue par contre ! :)

One of the things they can improve is to not have that loud music specially when speakers are too close to the guests. Keep in mind, 1 shot of whiskey will cost you as much as a bottle outside ;)

Je suis un fanatique du QEH que je considère le meilleur hôtel de Montréal mais malheureusement un mauvais moment à l'ouverture de la terrasse du Nacarat. - Table mal située avec une branche de plante (réservation d'avance & client Diamond ALL) - Plus de 15 minutes pour avoir mon 1er drink sans rien - J'ai jamais reçu mes olives - 2e drink, aucune connaissance de la carte proposée donc je demande la carte ... plus rien ... 5 min plus tard, je quitte Je suis partie sans mon 2e drink Un gros potentiel à rôder , bcp de boss mais peu d'exécutant donc ils sont débordés
